This is a little disappointing. If only ToW would be really interesting mini story sets. Then it would be sad that this DLC did not come. Not when many years ago the forum was littered with topics about the performance of the game, then when the "Blizzard" system destroyed the performance of the game and instead of fixing it it was simply deleted. With the XBOX pass thing etc. Maybe moving it to actual Xbox requires a 64 bit program, etc. The beta is missing the TWITCH panel on the main menu. Microsoft is not going to advertise for their competitors. It all smells of Microsoft integration. Good or bad? Too early to tell. Any progress on making the game better is great progress in my eyes. If it ends every other game starting with a bug splat that would be miraculous! To be honest, I don't think it will help the game. This will not give any significant influx of players, the game has already been distributed many times for free. Those who were really interested in it took the game long ago. But modding tools and the ability to add new models and textures would give new ones, units poured even new factions that fans have created. If it was available from the start, it could add so much grandeur to the game that fans have built over the years. CoH1 still lives on because of modding. In: Lobby

And its recognised as a strong title. Even if it wasnt that hard (and usually its quite hard) to transfer game to x64, it still took some time and efford to do so. Still we didnt get any new content in terms of unlocked mod tools, new models and so on. Not like I'm bitching about it, just find it kinda strange that CoH2 dont have proper, even small, dev team. Hell, bringing new models\sounds\commanders are for sure easier then making x64 version. I completely agree. Make x64 for what? And not to make, for example, a new model for the paratroopers in the Soviet "Airborne Forces" commander or to provide advanced modding tools that would a second breathe into the game. In: Lobby

And all I want is a god damned Italian Front expansion or master of the original CoH. I would like to see not a remaster but a remake. On a new engine, and there it would probably be nice to see Italians. I absolutely see no point in remastering, only remaking. There was a recent release of a remaster of C&C, but no thanks. I'm a huge fan of C&C, but I would buy the game if it were a remake with an engine not lower than Tiberium Wars. Hopefully there will be remakes of Red Alert 2 and Tiberium Sun, these are two of my favorites. In: Lobby

Yesterday I was wath the CoH2 and IH multiplayer. At that moment 3,500 people played in CoH2 and 900 in IH. And this is a game that is 8 years old and a fresh game. In: Other Games

Or an alternate Cold War history where the Warsaw Pact and NATO went to war, ala "Red Storm Rising" by Tom Clancy. Of course, I think Company of Heroes 3 should be in WWII. How many still untold stories and mistakes to fix. But if you go beyond. Then I would prefer: - "Operation Unthinkable", this is an expanded World War II, many familiar and beloved units + those that did not have time for the war: IS-3, T-44, SKS-45, AS-44 and the continuation of Soviet assault rifles, Centurion, ARL-44 ... This is really great. - "Caribbean Crisis", this is the closest moment when the WW3 could happen. And if you take the units, then there are no Main Tanks, a lot of missiles. It would be World War II on steroids. Early helicopters for infantry dropping. I think this is a great option. In: Lobby
