I don't agree with most of it. To make it short. Zis is an at gun, which should be countered by infantry. Barrage makes it too easy to deal with infantry which is supposed to be its counter. It is even more of a problem for 4 men ost squads. The often used argument that Soviets have worse units is just (often repeated) rubbish. What they have in fact are extremely potent units for how much you pay for them. Cost/performance value is top notch.

To sum up, moving zis barrage to vet 1 seems a very good idea.

The zis is a field gun. Because it can do more then at. And its not the best at AT compertevely. The soviets non doc vehicles are good for their price. But they get penned by every axis at source with ease, lights get one shotted by their at mines mines. unlike axis stock vehicles.

The barrage is a counter to setup teams. Aka stationary targets. If your inf gets hit by it, you walked into it or left them idle. Sov dont have real non doc nades to instantly wipe or cripple teams and squads. Hence the barrage is always available.

Sov bleed the most out off any faction. So to say their price preformance ratio is top notch means you dont know how they play.

Please stop trying to make problems where none excist. This will only come full circle and bite you in the butt.

I wouldn't be so sure about all that. Soviets are really strong. They have lots of units through commanders and stock and all You wrote suggest that they are inferior, which is not true.

Zis is just a tiny bit worse penetrationwise (10 or sth like that). If it gets barrage at vet 1 just like pak gets its stun ability. The fact that it has larger crew balances it. Barrage is just an extra feature that you don't pay for.

I did not say they were weak. I said the at aspect of the zis is just as the su76 is inferior. They have other uses and abilties to compensate. And the siz has the same cost as the pak 40 so you defenitly pay for it. Its also 30 muni per use. By your logic pgrens dont pay for their bundle nade.

If you remove tracking and make barrage a vet ability you need to change a lote of stuff to compensate such a nerf. Since soviets lack a real nade of any kind non doc.
I find it easier to wipe six men teams as ost then the 4 men as soviets. Because sovs lack a real nade or cqc inf non doc. The barrage helps a lot in that area.

Doctrines should be left out of balancing a faction. Doctrines should add or fill in gaps in the faction.

It just need better more relevant vet bonus.
Its base stats are good, but is also expensive and late.
But as a game continues, it fall behind because its vet is not good enough.

I also say it is a non-suppressing MG platform...aka almost useless vs infantry. Even a Tiger Ace without pintle and shorter range, is better vs infantry. Too much hype given to its pintle. It is not even as good as duskha or 50cal upgrades. Just overplayed on this prowess, like overplayed about the maxim deathloop.

Same as the overhyped poor 4 men squads of ost. And poor axis penetration. The poor ost t4. Your are being a hypocrite now.

I've already said, nobody asks for an overbuff/overnerf for ANY unit. The fault lies solely on the balance team.

Speaking of axes to grind, you seem to have a axe to grind with axis factions. Do u want me the post all the youtube comments I've seen you post on replays? Almost all of them are either X allied unit is UP or X axis unit is OP. From seeing your youtube comments I can say with absolute certainty that you spend a significant majority of time playing allies so you're no less biased than me.

And I never asked for Brum to one shot anything. If you go back to the thread I created about Brum UP, I said the Brum was triple nerfed. All I wanted was the bal team to revert ONLY one of those nerfs, that's it.

As for my axe to grind. I do play allies mostly sov is my faction by far, as seen by my comments. I post my comments there to balance out the playing field. I mostly counter argu to other peoples claims of op or up. But you can see that yourself. By far most people that comment there dont or barely play allies, yet always claim allies op for whatever reason. Allies winning is because of cheese and op crutch units, axis winning is because they play better.....
Axis up and Allies op is the general theme there.
Dane greatly favoring ost amplifies this.

Having both strong axis and allied factions is good for the game. I want that, but balanced out with different strengths and weaknesses.
Ost t4 imo suffers from allied td buffs wich was neccary, allied late game struggled greatly in the at department. In turn allied inf was being anihalated by the heavies. Those heavies need to be delayed greatly. Panthers could be delayed some as well imo. Then the td,s can have a look as well esp the jackson.

Literally nobody used falls before the buffs and almost everybody agreed it needed buffs. Overbuffing is solely the fault of the balance team not the players or the average forum member. The fact that you think there's nothing wrong with prebuff falls them puts you in a tiny minority of players, an extremely biased minority.

Ost early game is still the weakest hands down. It's a bit better now due to faster deploying pgrens, but it's still the weakest. Hence to make up for that Ost should have a very strong late game, at least on par with OKW's late game since OKW's early game is noticeably stronger than Ost's. If Ost has the "biggest" edge late game, (right now it doesn't) Ost deserves it due to weakest early game and only an ok midgame.

Please show the bias in thinking a unit is ok when not using it. I think the su76 is good but no one uses it. is that biased?

You still have you checklist with only allied units on it and you will work down that list to try and claim op on all of them like you did before? The biggest bias you see and smell is on your end.

Volks are very very cost effecient acros the entire game. Okw has the strongest engineer and non doc elite inf. Please justify why in hell do they need such a powerhouse falls squad that can do all they can do and camo for a measely 2cp and 340mp?

So a slightly weaker early game warrant an okw level late game? Okw has a very strong early game indeed, a solid mid game and a strong late game. By your logic okw,s endgame should be nerfed hard for having a very strong early game. Please continu.
