Grenadiers require more micro than cons do m8. And maxims have 6 men. Try killing that with ost infantry. Ost has some fine nades to deal with 6 men teams. Wich soviets do not have stock. Something most players dont consider somehow. You didnt say cons need more input. I did. Grens are about positioning. Units like that need less imput by default. Cons constantly need to close in. Right and the HMG42 needs no micro at all just plonk it down and you win. No but its better in its job in its fire section then a maxim. It can counter lv,s. It is also t0 meaning its cheaper. Maxim has no reason to cost as much/more then an mg42 not 1. I dont know why you are so suprised thst cons require so much to be on par/better, its been like that since launch with farying degrees. Just because a single rocket can and i mean can but mostly will not have good effect at max range. Most units can just stay put when a single katty engages from its max range and nothing gets hit. Getting slow and steady xp compared to nothing for the pwerfer? Does the katty get exp from hitting the ground these days? In: COH2 Gameplay

And it's not axis up it's ost up. It requires a lot or a lil rng to do good, its all over the place. imo skill has very little to do with it. All the skill their is to the katty and the pwerfer is how close to the front do i put it before firing. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Incendiary barrage for panzerwer 21 Dec 2019, 11:30 AM I dont get the katty is so much more powerfull notion. seems more axis up sentiment to me. the katty is not much better imo. the spread of the katty is enmormus when fired from long range. meaning it needs to be really close to the front line if it wants to wipe anything at all. it fires in volley,s meaning longer time for enemy to retreat and being exposed longer for the katty esp close to the front. it basicly has no armour. i agree the counter barrage doesnt do much for the pwerfer but the katty ability doesnt do much either.
