If it buffed again and it is available from the start it might become be possible to be spammed again. Its not worth the the 260mp as of now imo. What would you buff if you implement the tech changes you preposed? Because if delayed it will need it. People keep saying sov crews are hard to wipe but for some reason sov teams get wiped as often if not more. Axis have excelent tools for that. The sturm rush vs sov is cheesy as well. Double sturms can destroy sov openings. The clowncar forces a response just as sturm rush vs sov does. Like someone else said as well. Cons ans penals sucked hard at that point. And maxim spam while effective early fell of rather hard later on. Maxims where also a lot more mobile then it is now. Those where the main reasons it was and could be used as mainline. The fear of that eara is misplaced and fear is a bad advisor. In: COH2 Balance

Im ok with pwafer current performance, but it comes too late as wehr also lacks arty to clear allies weapon teams. Very bad in 2v2 especially against usf. Pwafer is no where superior than katy to deserve it higher cost. Brumbar range nerf is unjustified. Period. And people wonder why top games go straight to tiger. Because it does AI + AT cheaper than t4 and more durable than t3 against op 60td Axis have plenty arty to wipe team weapons. Mortar leig stuka zu fub pwerfer. Doc mortar halftrack. But hey pretend they dont excist. Also look at the armour gap from 160 for allies and 260/300 for axis in the stock roster, it warrants current td,s for allies. The okw with non doc superheavy is soley to blame for current td,s. I agree with incindiary rounds that brum should defenitly be a threat to a single at gun. But not from long range. Katy being better i dont not agree with. It wipes jack when fired at long range. Its spread is huge then. Just like pwerfer its needs to be closer to do anything. In: COH2 Gameplay

T1 (gets price decrease) only give access to Penal further tech for Sniper/m3 T2 (gets price decrease) only give access to ATG further tech for maxim/mortar T3 requires either 1 fully unlocked building or 2 half unlocked. The idea behind this is easier access to ATG, delayed HMG so it can not act spammed as "mainline" infatry, delayed clown car flamer. Where do people spam maxims? I havent seen that in ages. And why does t2 give the atgun first? Would be overkill vs the kubel. The clowncar has a very very short window of effectivness, why delay it? Its not uncounterable at all. Also people need to stop going back to the golden days of maxim spam. One big factor back then was its mobility. Wich has been nerfed since quite a bit along with its supression. In: COH2 Balance

Yeah, I'll take that trade. For a tiny bit more fuel its infinitly supirior? It has less armour the a okw p4 or vetted ost p4. That one area where it isent supirior. Just so you know. Dont go asking for buffs to t3 or t4. As t4 will have a gaping hole, and all t3 units will be redundant. Soviets while not really strugle with it. It will be easier even. In: COH2 Balance

The primary suggestion is to make it T1 -> T2 -> T3 and -> T4. The consn to T1 thing would require putting something else in T0 and adjusting costs and starting resources to keep it balanced like it is now. I’m not advocating for a nerf/buff. But what should go in cons place then? I still see no way to implement this without upsetting sov opening/early game quite a bunch. The molly and at nade and 250 mp medic are the delaying factor for sov. You can skip or delay them but it will leave you open to mp drain, lv,s if not going t1, and no anti garrison/cover for 1 extra squad or weapon team until the t70 wich arrives a bit faster as a result. Cons are a big part of sov,s finaly after sucking for years. Dont fix whats not broken. Apart from the maxim sov early game is not broken. You can go 3 ways now. T1 to t3. T2 to t3. Or t1 and t2 to t3. In: COH2 Balance

Stormjäger Edited Exactly, rework the Soviet tech so that T1 has to be built before T2 and adjust costs and T1 units. That way Maxims will be available later, meaning they could be adjusted accordingly. You could then add Conscripts to T1 and stop Soviet lack of teching until much later. While we are at it, remove the bonus sight from pio,s since cons and mollies and mortar will arrive later giving the fatastic mg 42 lots of breathing room. Since t70 will arive later make the teller not one shot all lights anymore. You should have counters ready bye then. Since the mortar will arrive later it will need a buf in its smoke and barrage ability because ost gets to dig in more then now. Ow yeah dont forget the maxim buff... Cons should get at nades right out of the gate ofcourse. How will will okw be nerfed changed not to roflstomp sov early game and snowball them? This tech locking of sov early game will have a very big impact. Be carefull what you wish for. In: COH2 Balance

Yeah the main gun of the t34/76 is quite bad vs inf. Without the hull mg as it currently is the t34/76 would only excel vs light vehicles. In: COH2 Balance

But also loose 120 health, loose 100 armour, loose some range, loose heavy crush blitz and pintle mg. But you would gain ram and capture territory, and the price would drop as well. Would be put in t3 as well leaving a gaping hole in t4. Putting all of current t3 to shame but would struggle a lot more vs td,s and heavies. Late game t4 in an even worse state then now for ost lol. Its almost as if the fuel you pay more for the panther now gets you some good really good stuff. In: COH2 Balance

They could walk at it, head on and throw a flame nade which will force it to retreat if not induce a death loop. Works more often than not... excatly. and later on as the game continues two fussies with g43 touching each other can frontaly deathloop it to death from full heatlh without using nades. The maxim is that good..... so worth 260 mp. In: COH2 Balance
