Tip: the by far best unit for doing the cutoff job is 1 or 2 222 scout cars with this 40 fuel insta cap + faster speed ability from that commander. Not to mention that 222 just melts caches

This + neutralize stuka bomb and sturmtruppen and you can cutoff any sector on any map

I mean the Stuka bomb (It's called the Break the Supply, which costs 80 muns) while the one you said cost 40 fuel, called the Breakthrough (Kinda remembered the abilities in the commander already )‎.

Some aura stack, other auras don't stack. Command P4 ability doesn't stack with itself. Command Panther stacks with itself. Soviet forward HQ stacks with itself. Thus, knock yourself out!

Aura generally do not stack...it should behave the same way as if both your and teammate called a Command panther or PZIV
