if u take away the ressources penalties, the tiger ace most cost alot of fuel and and get a bit nerfed to.

Bulletins do not change a match in any way. The only good bulletins were the triple Volksschrecks but neither have Volksgrenadiers Schrecks anymore, nor do bulletins stack these days.

But seriously, if it's not giving you a decrease in how much something costs, or is not a 10% increase in movement speed for example, it's useless.

The 5% movement and turn speed on Kubel generally means faster capturing, when compared to say riflemen.

Make sure you delete the additional weaponslots for Rangers. The amount of DPS you can get with Bar/thompson makes the unit broken as fuck.

Except suppression has never affected capture rate. Only getting pinned denies the ability to capture so you probably won't see these abilities adjusted, even in the future when versing suppression.

They need no buffs, they are very cheap and fast to reinforce, which makes them really OP when there is a reinforcement 251 nearby. It is also great when you pick weapons with them - they become 2 times cheaper to reinforce and thus mantain than the same weapons with original crew. That is why ostruppen are best in builds that use multiple weapon teams.
A bunker will hit a lot sooner than a 251 would.
Use Bunkers instead mate.

I don't like the design, but I don't think you have many choices if brits don't have native flamethrowers on engineers. Would be willing to try them without MP cost or restrictions on which units could enter.
The power of trenches for the Germans is basically nil since Soviets flames and nades, and weak against the USF right now because of the laser mortar. Against brits long range rifle duels are just a losing battle.

Yeah, Wehr Bunkers have a size of 26, counting as larger than most vehicles save for the heaviest, while UKF Trenches have a size of...2.
Thats fkn stupid.
Dont forget guys, UKF can build them in neutral or hostile territory, which generally means locking out a fuel point early on very easy.

I like the idea of pathfinders moving to 0cps. If they are too powerful make them gain their sniping power at vet levels. This would allow players to invest in pathfinders early, without overpowering weapon teams, and would make airborne a possible replacement for rifle spam. Their reinforcement cost also needs to be reduced. Their current rate and speed is too outrageous to make them worthwhile.

After seeing 1.6 changes I go from mildly interested in this game again with what this patch brings to not really interested much at all...

The patch is basically going to be a slight mod of penals, so tweaks and a number of bug fixes which should never have been allowed to go live. Not the modding team's fault at all, but again I just don't get Relic's insistence on underperforming.

Bulletins are usuless and only have placebo effect. Period. Buy rather good commaders, they actually change something.
Best ones are those whitch work with veterancy or acuraccy like grenadier +3% acc or panzergrenaider +10% vet rate. Other are useless
You are forgetting the PAk43/AT gun 50% decrease build time.
Also forgetting the 50% decrease in artillery (Katy/PzWerfer/ML20/LeFH).

M4c Shermans are such a lategame unit. Soviets are capable of getting a ton of fuel/map control early on that I've been finding it way easier to rush T4 and get T34s of either variety well before the CPs for M4C Shermans.
