OP is clearly drunk and doesn't know what he is talking about.. KATUSHAS/Calliopes/Landmattress/120mm/USF mortars/UKF motar pits/SU heavy arty all make short work of any OKW emplacement.
That moment when 2 sturms with flames + ieig18 shooting a braced bofors who is repaired with stand fast faster than they can damage it.That's what i call OP, not 120 truck who get destroyed easy. Also sturms cost a lot to just repair a flak that can't wipe infantry.
Dont forget, flak does not have veteran bonuses... It should IMO
Make the gun an opt-in upgrade, and put 5-8 popcap on it, like the Bofors (which has 10).
#fixed
IF you can make the upgrades available to ALL trucks.
IE, if I call a T2/med truck, it should be able to upgrade to a flak emplacement.
This way, it's brought up to speed with the bofors spam
changelog from the next patch
"Fixed an issue where certain types of mines (most infamously, Teller mines) would trigger too early, thus failing to cause damage on enemy targets (Fix provided by NachoCheese)"
Hey OP, they are going to fix this in today's patch, DW.
3-Caches early on. Yeah, every one wants to have them, but remind yourself you are losing almost a squad worth of mp in order to gain a few units of fuel/muni. It's an investment which can backfire if your opponents is able to aggro your position.
Good points!
However, with that last one, it depends on placement.
In 4v4 scenario, generally the closest points to base are the first to get caches.
This sometimes can turn the tide half way through the match, and effectively stops a closed pocket raid on your team
Since the S-mine field consists of 4 squares, each costs 15 MU, why don't just make it so you can only plant 1 square for 15 MU, not the entire 60 MU field? Of course, you can still do that with careful planting and immediately stop when done with planting one, but that's just not how normal mining works.
While the S mine field is indeed 4 squares, mines are actually laid across the entire square. Have a look next time your opponent mindlessly moves his rifle blobs into the field
So, I noticed one of the moderators invisid my post as excessive trolling because I necro'd an ancient thread...
As I was explaining to Tobis, I occasionally browse that section and reply to anything that I reckon is still relevant.
Now, I havent read anywhere that bringing an old thread back is against the rules, but I do see them locked.
Why is this the case?
Shouldnt discussing something that was a problem back at launch and still is today be permitted?
