That could then be removed with veterancy, damage penetration eefect can also change with veternacy. In: COH2 Balance

I find the T-34/76 too cost efficient. Costs the about the same as an Ostwind and can fight infantry nearly as good. The "ram" can be very powerful if ones attack the target from the side/rear. As flanker it is decent since it is fast, cheap and has ram. In large mode it less useful but that goes for the majority of medium tanks. The close penetration could be improved. I would also make "ram" an ability scaling with veterancy. In: COH2 Balance

Think it would be much better if the set up truck behaved like Ostheer command bunkers allowing reinforcement. (as i described in the spoiler). Increase the role of Truck is rather important since currently there is little reason to built them outside of base. One could even allow SWS truck reinforce but that would probably be too much for a unit coming so early (unless there was an upgrade involved). In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Penal Battalions Balanced patch from Relic *Sarcasm5 Jan 2018, 18:51 PM On the issue of Penal they are simply too strong for the time frame (with the recent changes it seems that SP have also become problematic). Regardless if someone manages to balance them or not it make the game RNG depended. For instance: if these units manage to get first in strong point or happen do be on negative cover when the first come into contact with enemy units it can completely change balance. Imo the should either be delayed or come with less DPS and have weapon upgrades available to them. In the case of Penals (and a number of other units) their vet bonuses also need to be looked at. Lower damage, deflection damage but high responses times, lower range but very difficult to circle strafe. Will need some resistance to Ballistic (maybe explosives also) weapons and the move while cloaked will probably have to go. In: COH2 Balance
