An upgrade that boosts both AT and AI is poor design.
How would you know?
Axis gets both for free.

Soviets struggle at problem solving late game? Just no...
Soviets benefit the most from Osttruppen nerfs. 5men also got nerfed. Tbh though, I don't really get the conscript vet nerf because their combat strength isn't the issue. (sandbags and squad size are)

It sometimes feel, like some soviet mains want their cons to perfom like tommies\rifles at some point of the game, while completly ignoring the fact that soviets have their elite inf in almost every single commander, for that excact reason.

T34 is gonna need something, whether it's a discount or extra pen, because these timing and ram changes are sounding brutal.

The ram change is honestly a great idea. You're not gonna try to ram a with T34 without expecting it to die anyway.

Its not even gonna reach to target anymore, thats the problem. And if its at 50% hp and you repair it ram becomes unavailable again?

And that is the problem: Almost every Commander - Not every Commander, not Stock. Stock Soviets are underequipped by design, it's a design leftover from the very earliest stages of CoH2's life. The Soviets were to make due with half their army comprised of sub-par units and using Doctrines to fill in the gaps. In my opinion, it is an obsolete design, and should have been changed when Ostheer T4 became standard tech, at the latest.
The Soviets are a faction of limited-ability mediocre units facing factions with much more versatile and powerful units alongside allied factions with much more versatile and powerful units. It feels like they have the kid gloves on and they're pulling their punches when their basic infantry doesn't get an upgrade and can only pick up one weapon, while other factions can upgrade their unit and pick up a new weapon. When their best tank is more limited than other faction's (excluding USF, who at least gets a decent tank as their only tank) worst tank (Cromwell/Panzer IV).
