It is the most reliable, versatile stock heavy-ish tank with both powerful AI and AT performance in game. Just build 2 and sweep the map off anything axis.

Yes, wstuka is a broken design because no other IDF unit acts the way its does. I see all the usual OKW suspects are in here talking about how actually the wstuka is underpowered and we're just noobs. It's really tiring to see the same intellectually dishonest posters here trying to defend their pet faction from the deserved nerf hammer. |
LT tier has the stuart not the AA ht
Lt gets grenades so hes a bit of a better fighter than captain, but he has less impact b/c you don't get the bar without research
It is in kind of a tough spot though, really just because you need the ATG late game many times so I think this tier is best with some kind of commander help like airboure, rangers for bazookas, call in vehicle so you can get lt and cpt with a light vehicle.
Probably doesn't need changes though, you have 3 good units and a stuart, thats the only unit that might seem a bit weak
I think the tier is fine. LT as a unit really sucks(I already have enough riflemen ok lelic, christ), but the m20 is good, .50cal a must have and the stuart isn't what it used to be but it gets too much hate on the forums IMO. It will kill any axis LV except for the Puma but thats typical. |
It's because USF is the ultimate noob stomping faction. Theyre fun and fast to play but when it comes to actually tournement play, were you need ALL tools accessible, they get dumpstered because they don't have those tools.
USF has the worst doctrines hands down and they play with one hand tied behind their back because of it. No command vehicle to call in, no map wide howitzers, no stock rocket arty for late game support weapon walls. Just rifles, rifles and more rifles. Oh and a Jackson(which half the forum wants deleted from the game). |

Alot of people think, nerfing the jackson means making it useless vs heavies and panthers, no thats not the kind of nerfs people are proposing, its nerfs will be fine as long as its range and penetration stays, it will counter axis heavies comfortably.
USF hand held AT and AT guns can easily counter axis tanks up to the mediums and even panthers to AN extent, only when KT hits the field then its big trouble. Its about time USF should be relying on combined arms instead of INF straight into Jackson. RN they are the most easiest, brain dead faction to play.

You've never given an argument why the unit is beyong fixable beside "there's no analogue". There's also no real analogue for the Brummbär, the 222, the 251, Sturmpioneers etc etc. Should they all be removed now?
Although I generally agree, that is a pretty wrong analogy. ZiS gun bug will always be a disadvantage for the owner. IR-HT bug will always be an advantage for the owner.
Are those units bugged forever? And if they are, is it as gamebreaking as IRHT? If yes, then maybe they should be removed.
But we all know those units are fine and in no way break the game. IRHT does. Sight/scouting/recon are huge mechanics of this game, even bigger than a lot of other RTS on the market. IRHT just tosses all that out the window and maphacks the other team. Also, OKW doesnt even need a make up unit, they have every tool a faction could need and then some. I appreciate you wanting to further discussion but honestly it isnt warranted for this unit. It's broken in a big way. Papa lelic, pls delet. |

NO don't fix the bug just remove the unit.
The zis sometimes freezes. What will Soviet do without an AT gun? Or what about the mortar glitches? T2 Wil be pretty empty with only the maxim.
Or MAYBE we try and fix bugs instead of the absolutely awful idea of removing the unit eh?
So why hasn't it been fixed? Any Relic staff around to fix the unit? Why ban it in tournements, just fix the bug!!1!!1!.
There is no other analog to the IRHT in any other faction. Any ones that use to exist got removed or neutered. On top of it being a map hack, its also cheap as shit. The integrity of the game would be better if the unit was deleted. |
