The sniper being their best option reflect their lack of option. In: COH2 Balance

The british could use sniper to counter garrison, but in comparison to other option it's really one of the worst one. In: COH2 Balance

They scale very well even without anvil tactics and their 5 man squad upgrade is only available to one other repair/engineer unit the RE's who have to reach vet 2 Someone has to carry the PIAT, and I would rather have a cheap and durable sapper carry them. As it is it's already a significant trade off losing 2 weapons in order to have a decent infantry ATW. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Why do S mines have signs?10 Nov 2015, 05:16 AM the sign are not that obvious at first glance and You can't see them at all if you're issuing order by mini map or tac map. This means that it's really easy to lose a entire squad to a S mine field if you are not watching over all your capping squad. Even with the radio warning, most squad will suicide themselves over a S mine field before you can react. In: COH2 Balance

Thread: Penals weaker than conscripts??10 Nov 2015, 00:13 AM it's ironic that the flamer rifleman is one of the most fear allied units while the penal is one of the least used allied units. the svt40 is just too weak to be useful. its mid and long range dps needs a buff. and the satchel needs to ohk building again, it's one of the only uses it ever had. Pio have no received accuracy bonus, the sapper have a 20% received accuracy bonus. The sapper also have access to bren guns and PIAT, compared to the flamer on Pio. The flamer is undoubtedly important but a lmg is pretty awesome as well. In: COH2 Balance

Use the stop command instead and he will attack the infantry inside. they fixed the british sniper. It no longer have perfect accuracy against infantry in building. I wouldn't use either the soviet or german sniper as counter to garrisoned infantry, and I woyld't use british sniper as counter to garrison. Trying to take repeated shot at a garrison is just too risky. Especially if it's against wehr as you're leaving your sniper vulnerable to counter snipe. Rear Echelon(2.0hp/s) get better repair because they are the weakest of the five engineers, and most US player use vehicle crew anyway. Sturmpio(3.0hp/s + 1 with minesweeper) get better repair because they take up 9 pop. OKW would be crippled if their engineer repair slow. Sov and Pio repair at the same rate, 1.6hp/s. The Sapper(2.0hp/s + 1 with heavy) is really the only one who's repairing too fast. (although I'm also hoping for a buff to the bren carrier's durability. 200 hp is too low for a combat vehicle). Are you in favour of buffing both of those as well? At least the sov eng and US RE cost quite a bit less than the Pio. The 10 mp different between the pio and sapper seems to cause a world of difference. In: COH2 Balance
