Better turret rotation seem fit the most to me, speed is welcome but no need Jackson clone so leave ROF alone.
For the tulips, if turret rotation get buff as mentioned above, put it behind anvil OR hammer is acceptable, but i think it should be available for both specialization.
And i'm hoping that it will be improved. The vet 1 bonus in rotation and tracking is actually pretty good, but vetting up a bofor is simply mission impossible now. Reduce vet requirements is a good stat.
like i said the 4/6 rifles was just an easy way to reduce their power to justify the lowered price but any way to attain that works for me
as for guards mosins if i recall right they have some silly powerful modifiers to account for the ptrs that makes them a bit much if applied to something like cons. i too thought that initially but vipper provided stats that led me to believe that might be a big no no
How about making them stat with 5 man and 5 rifle, then add a +1 man upgrade in support weapons base, another +1 man upgrade somewhere in T3 or 4.
Ok, now as i said not long before, i tested bofor 1.3 and think it still acceptable in area control with reliable suppression. I found out that suppression is lot more useful when facing multi squad coming in different direction, with which i can actually "micro" the bofor to quickly swich target and suppress them all. The remain problem is AA performance, after the last patch, bofor suddenly become decent in shooting down aircraft, meaning i dont have to alway invest 100 fuel in centau in every match. I wonder if bofor AA can stay the same after this patch.
The ppsh and svt upgrade can be put in as
two exclusive upgrade package for a single unit. For example, gren, can chose between 2-3 ppsh with sprint or 3 svt with + 1 man, both lockout mg42.
The weapon-profile of Ostheers Pios is simply broken, with flamer the MP40 will do close to 0 damage at flamers max. range. And for only close-range stats their DPS is way too low in comparison to other units.
1. The problem of Ostheers Pios started when Assault-Grens were published as commander unit. (Before that Pios had way better MP40). Then Pios were nerfed, now Assault-Pios of OKW have the jop as close-range unit.
a. Make the MP40 better (maybe increase MP to 210 or reduce crew sice to 3 like in CoH1).
Or
b. Give them K98
And if they shouldn't be combat units, have bad stats, than give them Lugars.
2. The increase of HP would be a buff, that is true. But only a small one, some hits of inf and it still dies. While all other light vehicles with same price have more armor and DPS, 251 could have little bit more HP. That is the idea, and that doesn't depends on the tier. It would be a useful change. Don't start splitting tech-costs instead.
1. Pio is fine as they are now, cheap, decent close range dps, stock flamer, increase sight range.
2. With the buff, i highly curious that there are anyone want to hang in the contact for "some hits of infs" to finish off the FHT, with flame burning underneath. Not to mention the combination of that with doctrinal panzer tactican.

Can you prove me wrong about the ttk of the bofor? I'n not a stat guy but i tested thing before i speak.
And to make myself clear, i'm not (that) mad about the bofor neft (but still, getting dps cut in haft is not something to happy). I believe in rework, not remove units, after 1.2, i'm the one tested the bofor, point out that it was an overneft and suggested suppression increase as they did in 1.3. If AA performance of bofor stay the same as current, i will still consider it useful with me personally, but haft of rof sure will affect.
What i hate is the attitude of guys like you, claiming others is noobs/abuse when they make use of unit they have without giving construction arguments.
