More rng reliable pen but reduces damages to support with its survivability. Ukf player will still play their build order with minimum impact. If churchill taking 6-7 shoot to kill a p4 is count as "dominant" then we can make panther 120 dmg too, because it will still dominant allies med and premium med, while less effective against it's dedicated counter - TD. This is where its pen values are enough. Hence it shouldnt be doing 160. By that way, any tank that are thinking of diving, will have to take the churchill in to account, instead of getting in, kill everything and leave the churchill alone. Stray shoot from the front is very rng dependant and happen to any tank, yet i hadn't see any other complaint outside of your theory about panther vs churchill vacuum. In: COH2 Balance

Bofors is supposed to have an army around it to be worth its cost but volks are supposed to win most engagements frontally and especially against Supression platforms with the micro tax on the not owk player due to their raw independence. This is a well known factor in balancing I know, that's why anything beat volk 1v1 is considered OP. In: COH2 Balance
