Okw already have alot of things in their T0, move ober to T0 is "possible", but their performance need to be careful looked in, with med and merch rush, ober can have lmg a lot earlier than now, combined with vet gained for being on the fiel up to that point, they can be very dominant. At the same time something have to move out of T0.
Are g43 PF cost efficient when they have about the same MP cost as Penals, 80 munition on top of that and come later? Are they about the same power level?
Penals is more expensive than PFs (forr 300?).
PFs come sooner, or same time at best with penal, since they are 0cp call in, the cooldown is 20-25s if my memory work.
PFs also have more utilities than penals.
I'm getting kinda worried about the pop cap increase of three honestly. That's 39 Pop Cap for the Churchill and 17 Pounder alone...
For a long time I'm usually limited myself to only 1 or 2 churchill, with the new pop cap, it will be 38 pop for 2 churchill, sure take up alot, but not the end of the world.
Actually, with the price decrease of firefly, a combo of 1 churchill and 1 firefly is 5 fuel cheaper now. I think i will adjust my built to more focus around 1 churchill + 1 firefly.
why usf cant reliably kill panther? Jacksons?
Scott can inflict damage from safe distance, panther cant, thats what im saying. It is incomparable here.
Panther alway can get away with blitz and tactican(doc), it have HP, armor, speed, heavy crush, etc. Mean, getting out of danger is easy with panther.
Considering no noise is made with Churchill 1.3, shows ukf players are still comfortable.

I have played UKF more than any other faction, up to 1300+ hours. i adapted to the change and learn how to play better with what the faction have, instead of complaining to balance whenever cant figure it out how to win.

panther does not scale well late games.
need a better vet bonus to deal with allies high armor tanks.
either like i suggest, improve rear armor to give better rng against med tanks stray shots
or some hvap rounds or offensive combat blitz to pen high armor allies.
As long as you still keep the hobby of facing your enemies with rear armor, your panther will still be troll by event UKF sniper, no matter how much buff it get.
Firstly panther rear armor only 90/99, look at all allies med tanks pen at far. Even the AEC can hit panther for 120 with a good flank. Then you have shermans 50% better moving accruacy...
How is it comparable to my suggestion?
For the love of god, that is why you have to face your enemies with front armor. Stop pretending that panther have to dive in order to work, you should only dive to finish low HP tank or catch overextended arty pieces... And event then, get shoot in the rear is the risk everyone have to take when diving, i'm more than happy when lost a cromwell or event comet if i can take out a couple of rocket arty. Panther have best chance to survive and escape anyway.

-40 main gun and +15 pen on all ranges makes more sense. More rng reliable pen but reduces damages to support with its survivability. Ukf player will still play their build order with minimum impact.
And still, i cant figure it out how the hell can you think this can "make sense", like, wtf ? increased pen on a dmg spong, anti infantry tank ??? You already crying like hell when AEC got stray shoot at your panther, which you cant event face front armor to the enemies.
At the same time, reduce dmg ??? Seriously ? mate? A heavy tank with dmg profile of pzsherk, how is it suppose to deal with infantry after that ? Churchill's AI event now is mediocre at best, worse than P4 for sure.
Obviously The churchill you want have to be nothing more than a vet farming machine for axis AT.
