Thread: Machine Guns6 Jul 2019, 14:55 PM The supression it had before made it op. Maybe give its old setup and packup time back. Give sprint back, because it current ability doesnt do it either. It might no supress then but its mobile and can support cons or ce,s as damage booster and it can keep up. In: COH2 Balance

Stormjäger I do realize sometimes the death loop is a wide formation of the 6man crew with one man going to the MG, dying, then another going after him,but I do think players can play around that with the maxim by utilizing yellow cover which bunches up crew members. In yellow cover they bunch up. And leaves them realy vunerable to nades wich can get tossed frontaly mostly. Damaging or outright killing every model. If there are survivors they will drop quickly and the deathloop still persists. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Machine Guns6 Jul 2019, 12:30 PM As long as the deathloop is there you cant put the maxim crew to 4 or 5 men ever. The moment it is flanked then its 100% wiped. It already is wiped as much or more then the other mg,s. The deathloop completly negates to 2 man advantidge. Now add the weak suprsession and smaller arc into the equesion. In: COH2 Balance

In return, lose the camo while moving BS. Hell, maybe move Rak camo itself to a vet level so its not such a huge surprise. Also, someone was saying the Rak crew get bad RA earlier and I just want to add that's not true. They get 100% RA like every other AT gun crew. As far as i know all other crews get 1,25 recc acc. In my experience grens more often get the wipe then cons do because they are more accurate and fire faster and their rifles do 16 damage. In: COH2 Balance

So it can engage any enemy arty from near absolute safety? 120 is way to much range on that ability. 100 range is worth trying. As far as i understand a range increase will also mean it will be less accurate at that range. Maybe soviet mortar could get a better smoke barrage with vet. Soviets are pretty lacking in smoke options atm. These would help them being the aggresive faction. But thats for another thread. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: PAK vs Zis AT guns21 Jun 2019, 06:53 AM The pak also has a snare ability. Only nobody seems to use it anymore since it isent a 100% stun anymore. Combined with better reload and pen makes it better at the at department overall. In: COH2 Gameplay

That may mean they're doing too much damage too early. If that amount of damage is ok, then a veterancy rate nerf with SVTs would make them scale at a more reasonable pace. Normaly they vet slowly if they dont get such upgrades. A non doctrinal weapon should give them increased dps. A natural bonus is vetting faster. Imo there is no problem here. Or the veteran squad leader for ost should not grant any dps because they already get more hp and thus staying power and thus do more damage already next to the medkit being free. As far as i know the target determines the amount of exp. How would adres this without gutting their base exp levels? In: COH2 Balance
