But once you have that first Factory, parallel factories cost 15 fu only. Soviets, phase AND factory cost are built-into the factory. So that if you want parallel factories, they'll cost 90fu each. It's not an OP ability for the soviets to gain parallel production as I've described, and it'd come in way handy, if they have an important loss of tanks to make up for. Which happens more often to Soviets than Germans Huh. I never knew you could do that. However, given how infrequently you can afford to parralel produce tanks, I don't think it's worth 140 MP 15 FU. I don't even think it's worth cluttering the Soviet UI. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Dual Role SU-7611 Jun 2019, 10:21 AM Before the barrage got changed, the SU-76m was a dual role unit: it was a light tank destroyer (see StuG) and a mobile artillery tractor (see Priest). You could get it to explode tanks, or you could get it to smash buildings and team weapons. In 1v1, it was ocassionaly a viable alternative to the T-70 against a defensive player. However, it was a big problem in teamgames: a pack of SU-76s could use their barrage (which was free) all at once, obliterating any anti-tank gun in their path. The sheer volume of 60 range AT fire would be able to deal with any vehicle you sent at it too. It was extraordinarily difficult to deal with. So here's my question. Assuming you wanted to make the SU-76 a dual role unit again (ie: it doesn't cost munitions to shell stuff with it), how would you do it without recreating a teamgame monster? In: COH2 Balance

The SU-76m barrage used to be weaker, but free. It was a true combination of anti-tank and light artillery. You'd get a pack of them, they'd be able to counter their weight in tanks no problem, and you couldn't use infantry anti-tank because four SU-76 barrages would fall on your head every time. They swapped out the SU-76's free barrage with the ZiS gun's more expensive but more powerful barrage to prevent this: it'd cost 140 MU as you said. Unfortunately, the loss of versatility also killed the SU-76 in 1v1. In: COH2 Balance

Not a single TD is able to fight against non vehicular AT because they are have bad AI. Its like a category weakness rather than one specific for M36s and that was my point, specific weaknesses. Maybe only SU76 can hurt any with the barrage, buts thats the expeption of the rule, that also confirms Then I'd say most units only have category weaknesses. What's the Pak 40 weak to that the 6-pounder isn't? What's different between countering a Cromwell and a Sherman? What tools work on the Jagdtiger that don't work on the Elefant? In: COH2 Balance

Ff 0.55 to 0.5 Panther 0.5 to 0.55 The theme of long range td vs mobile td is kept better. I still suggest panther armor skirts rear armour to 99 to 120. Just to put some distance against med tanks at max range. to keep the late panther armour theme. +1 pio squad I'd stick them both on 0.5. Half accuracy when moving is easy to remember. "This unit is 0.5 just because" is not. In: COH2 Balance

Get rid of target weak point and increase the aoe of it's main gun a bit to be less good than a p4 but better than what it is now. Like a tiny ISU-152? That could work. In: COH2 Balance

The only viable solution is doctrinal heavy TDs for axis and they have been nerfed quite much and most commanders are out of the meta now. The Jackson's vulnerable to non-vehicular AT.
