I dont see Brummbar pulling that off anymore and cost of T4 and Brumm combined is higher than two Ostwinds. The singular Ostwind gets beaten into the dirt by a T-34/76. Double Ostwind vs stationary T-34/76 is a fair fight with pretty high variance. Single Brummbar wins against a stationary T-34/76 pretty reliably. In: COH2 Balance

There was one test where both Ostwinds survived, and that was because I'd placed them badly and one ate a scatter shot meant for the other. I think a midrange slugging match between two Ostwinds and a T-34/76 is a fair fight. Considering Lanchester's law, that makes the T-34/76 four times stronger in an Ostwind vs T-34/76 1v1. I never claimed it's best anti-tank unit there is. I pointed out it's ridiculous for it's timing and cost and outright game ending if you and your teammates dont prepare Ostwind rush right now. And thats a tier 3 same fuel cost as single T-34. It's not. The T-34/76 wipes the floor with it. Your tests are literally quadrupling the Ostwind's effectiveness by invoking Lanchesters Law and it still loses. In: COH2 Balance

In that forest test the T-34 player was actively sabotaging themselves what with deliberately closing to near range and showing their rear armour to the enemy most of the time. In: COH2 Balance

Hope you can handle this. You don't need to move them. The Ostwinds usually lose even when stationary. They can win, but they have to be super lucky on the penetration rolls. In: COH2 Balance

Two Panzer IIs beat a T-70. Two Greyhounds beat a Puma. Two Ostwinds reliably beating a T-34/76 wouldn't be unusual if were actually a thing. But I've repeated the test in the OP several times and the Ostwinds usually lose, which suggests to me that this issue is more forum rage than fact. In: COH2 Balance
