What about stand fast? i had 2 sturms with flames and a ieig 18 shooting a braced bofors with stand fast activated.The bofors was repaired faster with stand fast(no engineer were repairing bofors) than 1 ieig 18 and 2 sturms with flames....really ?????those zombie engineer from the advanced emplacement cancer doctrine should die when stuka hit them in the head.They need to stop repairing Sooo fast the emplacement and to not die

OP is clearly drunk and doesn't know what he is talking about.. KATUSHAS/Calliopes/Landmattress/120mm/USF mortars/UKF motar pits/SU heavy arty all make short work of any OKW emplacement. Oh and the countless artillery options and air strikes all the factions have such as the bombing run, insta drop arty from USF. The delete OKW building bombing drop from UKF, Shit even the valentine with the combined artillery. Shit even 2 AT guns with a spotter can knock out a tier in short time, at least EVERY SHOT COUNTS.
Now let's talk about the invincible alien technology I like to call brace. You know when some sandbags stop a ST shot, or a Stuka dive bomb does virtually nothing. All for the quarter of the price, and a click of a button... you know when you have doctorines that completely support emplacements. Emplacements that can go invincible and heal themselves all with a push of a button, all at the same time.

I agree with the statements in bold but have a couple of simple question for you and the other people who think brits are OP.
Why is the UKF winrate worse in 1v1 than Ost for the top 250 players? The disparity gets worse when you go outside of the top 250, meaning it is much easier to wreck a mediocre (like me) player who is trying to play UKF.
Shouldn't a faction being OP result in actually winning more games than the UP faction?
It depends how many players chose to play as axis also.If 200 pro Axis player will play vs 1000 mediocre Allies players,Axis player will have a better win ratio |

The IS are one of the worst Allied infantry because the bonus in cover they get is actually a con for them out of cover, not to mention their cost, why do you think blobbing doesn't work with them or why Osttruppen are so effective against them then?

Emplacements, the only emplacement I've noticed that the Axis are still crying about is the mortar pit.
But if you nerf it it becomes useless so using my idea of replacing it and keeping it unique at the same time is the best way to go Imo.
Haven't heard many people complain about the Bofors after the nerf to it and you pretty much almost never see a 17 pounder on the field.
All in all the Brits only have their Tanks and Vanguard\Infiltration Commandos going for them atm.
In late game,light cover is everywhere.Vet 3 pzgrens,grens lose vs vet 3 5 man double bren always.They are harder to kill than RM,especially in cover cause they are ghosts(very low received accuracy) |
Things that Brits excell at:
- Infantry: Double Brens
- Tanks: Cromwell, Comet
- And of course emplacements
You say that "one or two units are overperforming" and thus the faction wasn´t overperforming. That is wrong. In theory it only takes one possible overperforming unit and if you abuse it your faction as a whole can be overperforming since you rely on that thing.
Imagine the good old days three years ago with terminator Panzergrenadiers: Nobody would have gotten the idea to say that Wehrmacht wasn´t overperforming since Grens were okay. Nobody relied on Grens. There is some logical fallacy in your argument.

Very late patches, op faction(brits),p2w at some moment , you buy a commander/faction then it changes, gameplay changed cause of bad balance or op factions/units, they realize at 3 months to 1 year balance problem(okw BAD balance vs maxim) ,units that changed factions weaknesses into strengths(usf mortar who is still broken after they "fixed" it). And you wonder why this game is dying... |
It should be the other way around, nerfing WFA to EFA level of repair speeds. I prefer EFA design considering repairs since you have to use your engineers and pioneers in combat to get them their effective levels of repair speeds with vet. This means more action and combined arms play!

Ohh well,based on the Sun position.I have lost faith in Lelic when WFA was released.Even if i had WFA first,the implementation and the balance was very bad and still is.I am still thinking what should OKW do facing 2 vikers into bofors/mortar pit or both in 1vs1 and 2vs2.They take too much time to fix some easy balance stuff. |
