While volks are crawling to your mg you pack up, move back then set up again. I think Vickers is easiest mg to get to vet 3 honestly. No it does not. Brits aren't popular because not many people know how to play them, and they are kinda fresh faction It's a 280mp investment that can barely suppress anything and gets out fought at range by the MG42. Volksgrenadiers can crawl their way to throw a incendiary nade before being pinned as well. If the OKW player has the suppression reduction bulletins... it is even more hilarious. In: COH2 Balance

Brits also have the worst HMG and worst handheld anti-tank weapon in game and great deal of support units that are static. Tommy infantry in order to be semi-competent needs a big investment in fuel and ammo, so if it's effective, it's certainly deserved. IF they are so hard to beat why is it they are so unpopular 1v1? Thread: M8 Motor Carriage12 Feb 2016, 02:05 AM The Scott is far too frail for Tier 4 and fulfills the same role as the 75mm Howie but with a added fuel cost. Current meta doesn't look favorably on a unit that frail with poor cost/effect that comes so late. That thing should be moved to Tier 3 or 2, and it's place be filled by a M4A3E2 jumbo sporting a 76mm gun, to give US that much needed thick armour in late game, that would be a true contender for Tier 4, not the scott. I don't understand is why people still heap praise on COH 1, it had allot of balance issues and the patches kept rolling even when the game was essentially way past it's shelf life. Remove the rose tinted glasses, dial down on the nostalgia and accept COH2 for what it is. It has it's issues, but it certainly feels like an upgrade to me. EDIT: People think blobbing in COH2 is bad? COH1 was even nastier, group bonuses like the PE aura, fire-up for the US and Officer aura and hero charge for the UK made up for impossible to stop blobs.Retarded PIAT Kangoroo clown cars, or even the stupid Pioneer spam that took them a eternity to fix. And underplaying simultaneously the crippling cost of running a static sim city build.
