It is most noticeable when controlling multiple units at the same time, which is essential when playing allies. Last game I played I had three shermans. I lined them up facing the enemy lines and gently probed forward (this was an area I had only just retreated from so didn't want to wait for supporting infantry when I knew there were repairing tanks ripe for the taking). So I encounter two pak40s and decide to reverse and wait for infantry after all. Except for the two lead tanks (as they had ended up in a single file after chasing an enemy unit) decided to do a 180 then reverse in a u turn towards the enemy and eventually back towards the initial destination. Needless to say I lost a tank that should have simply backed up a few metres to safey. The other tank only just made it away on a sliver of health. Try not moving vehicles as group but a single units. If many vehicles are given an order to move they try to move to point you clicked and get confused. In: COH2 Gameplay

Super low, not even close to 1:3 There is a number of units and factor involved in game. Saying that Grenadier are better than Riflemen because Ostheer have better win ratio to USF is a gigantic stretch. In addition I simply pointed out that in specific video you provided USF did not lose Ostheer because riflemen performed worse than grenadiers. I would suggest that if you want to back your claim with video check that the video you provide actually promotes your point. In: COH2 Balance

Really, there's absolutely no point in arguing the schematical differences between "nerf" and "adjustment" just because it is what it says in the patch notes. What matters is that they are now in a worse state than before in relationship to everything in the game, but you are the only one hitting the same dead horse over and over again to compare the shock troops in pure statistical vacuum. Dear Johnsmith I would advice you stick to what you have agreed to and not quote, comment or mention my post or generally make comment that are about me. In addition I would advice you to open a dictionary and check the difference of between "enhance" and "improve" the terms used by the moderation team to describe the changes they made and "nerf". We are also improving the performance of the Shock Troops’ grenade to be on par with other anti-infantry specialists." Would you be able to select a full merged squad (have any ELITE unit lose all but 1 model, merge and then lose that model as well) with other conscripts squads and be able cast an AT nade or help them build a sandbag/repair a tank ? As far as I can remember, it used to apply to zis guns when using tracking with merged conscript models providing extra info because conscripts models had the vehicle detection ability that got activated by tracking. (not sure if it still happens or the changed the ability) But no I don't think a player would get a button in UI to actively use an ability like AT grenades. In: COH2 Gameplay

Even then -5mu on the smoke grenade is right up there with +1 shell on barrage the ml20 has as far as lame vet 1 abilities that barely change anything. You have units that get durability right off the cuff and cooldown modifiers for their abilities and shocks get -5mu smoke... Hell Ost med kit would be a better vet ability. I apoogise if my post made you feel you had to apologise for a simple mistake anyone of us could had made. The only point I was tring to make is that Shock no longer get "trip wire" flares. The current vet 1 bonuses are -33% in smoke grenade cost and -40% in smoke grenade CD (moved from vet 2). They are not actually not a very ipressive vet bonusses (and thankfuly not as broken as the ones Guards get). My suggestion would be to add the ability "bulletproof" reducing received accuracy and DPS for the duration (ability could scale with veternacy if needed). An Mu ability that reduced bleed would help shock perfom better without the risk of becoming OP. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Conscript Merge Mechanics31 Jul 2018, 08:42 AM As far as I know a merged entity remain a conscript entity having all stats (and abilities) a vet 0 entity has. That is propably AI could use AT grenades from squads that do not have AT grenades. It gets the weapon of the sqaud it merged with and is effected by the vet bonuses of the squad it has merged to.
