Inside files is this new symbol that represents a new faction

I think it's meant to be random faction.

It's a question mark, it definitely doesn't refer to a new faction and they wouldn't put that much effort into a placeholder. Firesparks probably right, it's probably for a random choice.

Almost certainly a 'random faction' button - which is very good news. Although it would be nice to have a system like the map vetos, where you could just check/uncheck the factions you want (maybe I want random, but just between Ost/USF or something).

Makes most sense considering the fact that players asked for it for a long time.

Be real people, we don't have even a hint of new faction by now, the probability of getting one is closer to 0.

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

Which would hopefully mean support for actually adding factions instead of replacing them.

If it was for the random option,it would probably say "random" instead.

I think that this could mean both random faction option and new axis faction, why not?
I like both ideas: random faction is a very good idea (random faction but not also random customization of commanders, bulletins and skins I hope)
And why not the third axis faction?
