Yeah it looks like someone took whiteout to the bits behind the text. Almost as if someone was trying to erase text that was already there.

Can anyone confirm it? I suspect it is fake since we got no description in the files just a name and Thompson weapon rack is a fan speculated thing that seems like it would take unnecessary coding effort.
It's not a Thompson rack, the unmarked weapon rack named aef_weapon_rack_m1c_garand in the game's files. The M1C Garand was a scoped version of the rifle used by US Snipers (which were generally more akin to Marksmen than their allied and axis counterparts). In other words, the 4th weapon rack was originally to allow Riflemen and whoever else to buy the M1C Garand. At some point that was scrapped and the M1C was given to Pathfinders.

Thats because it is.
Small detail is missing-its rare commander and isn't marked as premium item.
Even free defensive commanders for ost and sov are marked as premiums.
Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

It's fake, but a good fake. You can see the next to the P-47 title that the text in the backround has been wiped out by editing. And an obvious dark spot around sprint.

Like seriously, who's going to go another commander than Pershing? Even if all the other abilities are bad?Like seriously, who's going to take a Soviet commander without the IS2?
They should make a stock unit out of it (like KT) OR spread it out over a lot of commanders to avoid such thing.

look at normal one commander. it must be photoshoped
1. as you can see those abilities , if you look nearer to it , there are squares inside squares.
2. ability command points are not in black circles (all other commanders have them)
3. tank is too much back (for expample look at easy 8 or look on other commander call ins)
4. its a bit different grey
5.bad blue square around this commandet
6. dews wont make p47 look like from coh1
7.normally there is no faction badge under rare (or common , basic) writing
8. they tend to write effective agains all targets or effective agains both infantry and armor not like it is here
9.all weapons upgrades come at 3 CP (ppsh , ptrs , infrared stg , flamers , browning lmg)
10.also what omega pointed
and maybe more others. if you look at him and other commanders you can se he is fake. but a good fake
