The panther's performance is all right. T4 is not appealling, nor is the panther's cost, but once you do get a panther, all the work pays off.

I would be very surprised if the tiger wasn't nerfed on WFA launch.
I would be very surprised if IS-2 wasn't buffed on WFA launch.
I've been using the IS-2 a lot lately and the one thing I have noticed is that the lower hp really makes a difference in comparison to the tiger, it just feels a bit 'off' for a heavy but I like it non the less.

Panther is NOT ok as it is now, no matter how many unfounded things you will write. And it needs eather buffs at the current cost, eather serious cost decrease at the current performance.
Pzgrens are NOT ok as they are now, and need eather armor buff for this price, eather cost decrease for the current performance.
Except you are trolling, you really need to extract your heads from your buts and try to be objective a little.

Get used to current panther.

No way the Panther is viable atm. Players can't get use to something that's bad. Same applies to the 120mm, osttruppens etc;. They just don't worth their cost and require changes.

for 1 or 2 patches perhaps. relic has alws been prone to heavy handed buffs and nerfs. and this is simply one of them.

There´s a distinct difference between the 120mm mortar and the Panther.
One is a doctrinal unit that provides indirect fire support.
The other is a non doctrinal end of tech unit and the players only hope to counter heavy armor. This applies to half the German doctrines - which don´t have a Tiger/Elefant.
So no, we better not get used to it.

The panther is all right! High costs, high rewards that's it. It doesn't need fast and furious blitzkrieg because as soviet you often just scratch the paint with your bad AT (except ISU).
