Stunned crew should be immune to orders? Well... You can see that crew perfectly follow orders, just slower but it's like you can't do anything with JT while 3sec stun in ON. 24sec. It still is no longer needed. remove the stun and reduce the fuel cost to 250. In: COH2 Balance

There is no army that synergises so well on so highly efficient level without sacrificing anything except OKW. does he has some unlimited ammo or mp cheat or something? 4 volks and 2 obers is going to eat half your popcap. 4 volks while useful is hardl a threat to medium tanks. OKW blobs only happen when the okw player is winning by frigging mile. In: COH2 Balance

They if they stand in cover they win against obers ot in cover. if they have a issue use suppressive firepower. Ammo cost is not really relevant usf only has worthwhile AI upgrades. i dont look on the cost of the squad but the cost of each individual soldier and popcap. its 28 mp vs 50 which makes the paratrooper a lot more effective. having such weapon upgrades is a boon as you pour 2 resources into AI. The only issue obers have that at vet 4 they become nearly indestructible. but considering what you need to do get to vet 4 the allies where already losing anyway In: COH2 Balance

Simply use equal amount of mp against them. its hilarious how often i see players throw 2 rifles against 2 obers then loudly complain that obers are op. the only unit that can defeat them are the shocks so i find that balanced. They are stronger at medium-far distance but should not be at close range. They get suppression since 4 vet not 5. Obers can hit the field around 8-9mins. Not so that late when compared to Shocks. their not stronger durability and much higher dps works for the shocks in cc. obers may arrive at the 9 min mark , but its okw players that has to tech up for that and thats a lot more expensive then waiting for 2 cp's In: COH2 Balance

Thread: Win-Ratio 29.10. - 21.11.2014 + Other Fun Stats22 Nov 2014, 08:34 AM Jump back to quoted post22 Nov 2014, 01:35 AMilGetUSomDay there is irrefutable evidence pointing that above 1v1 Axis win more, and that there is a correlation which means these statistical results do matter and are not a random result. i can only say this : LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL. 1 vs 1 is balanced. in fact soviets and usf have far less things to complain about then the ostheer who are only being propped up by the tiger. nearly every single faction is close to the 25% marker. a few weeks a ago the soviets had 28 % btw it simply fluctuates slightly but overall the balance is good in 1vs 1. OKW is hampered in their fuel and ammo income. I think the wins per number of games is a better representation than win ratios, as win ratios has to do with the total number of games per player (which can vary quite a bit). I think the next step would be to take a random sample of games in the top 200 and do a Gaussian distribution for each faction. Props to Legends Would not matter 1 vs 1 is well balanced. the JT and isu152 issue is mostly resolved. that leaves the issue of the ostheer supercharging the okw economy wih fuel caches in 3vs 3 and 4vs 4. i beleive that the okw should only receive 2 fuel and not 3. It would fix a lot of issues. In: COH2 Balance
