Thread: Stats are "Frozen"11 Mar 2014, 17:37 PM i think hes confused on the difference between ranked and AT. hes playing AT games and expecting the ranked stats to change. it seems like hes asking for a way to see his ranked and AT wins/losses combined on 1 page. just to be clear toxic, your ranked stats will not update if youre playing with arranged teams of friends (that is considered AT now). ranked now refers to games in which you play with random teammates. this is different than previous patches, where you could play with randoms or friends and the stats were all the same. Thread: How to further improve coh211 Mar 2014, 08:38 AM i agree molotovs (or all flame weapons for that matter) need changes. even if its rare, the fact a molotov can crit every entity in a squad and wipe it is just annoying. other times you can throw a molotov on an mg and have it barely do anything. this is an example of too much randomness in my opinion. id rather see that crit chance removed and replaced with higher dps. more consistent and predictable flame weapons would be beneficial for both sides. if you consider that a nerf, so be it. Thread: What is the idea behind bulletins?11 Mar 2014, 00:48 AM well it gives you a small amount of customization and strategy. if you really like 1 unit, you can use all 3 bulletins to give them a bit of a buff. the reason the numbers are small is they would break the game otherwise. how would you like to fight units that had +25% accuracy/armor bulletins? they also give people something to work towards. it tracks some stats and gives you achievements. if that doesnt interest you, thats fine, but some people do like unlocks/achievements, which is an extra incentive to play. if you think the numbers are small and insignificant, it wont make much difference if they remove them would it? Thread: Ask the Strategist!9 Mar 2014, 18:09 PM i would say you need more infantry. if you only have 1 mg, 2-3 grens and 2 pgrens per person, thats not very many squads. also, youre upgrading atleast some of your pgrens to schrecks, which makes them unable to fight ppshs or shocks, so i wouldnt even count them i would probably build more pgrens and not upgrade them. lmg grens can work, but like you said, thats more reliant on munitions and i prefer the mobility of pgrens. one thing i would use munitions for however is a bunker or two. that will easily stop cons and shocks. it will also provide much better protection than an mg if you want to protect your pak or defend a flank. just make sure you have a squad or two nearby to protect the bunker from the zis In: Strategy Desk

I'd love to see penals having improved mid-long range accuracy or cost decreased, because they are definitely not a cost effective unit. outperformed? g43 grens do 10 dps compared to penals 9 at long range. at close range g43 grens do 20 dps compared to penals 34... one requires upgrades and waiting for cps, the other can be your first unit. i dont think i pointed out any reason why theyre weak. people are just stuck on calling them "suicide squads" so they buy flamethrowers and charge into close range. There is definitely something wrong with the unit when its being used out of boredom instead of being a valid choice. well thats purely opinion. the main reason theyre not seen is it takes away from the soviets map control. why tech and build penals when all you need is t0?
