I play as strategic as possible in team games. I play with as much seriousness. Yet in 3v3's, be it the maps or something else, I just can't figure out what the hell is going on.

Too much crap going on. Too much figurative flak being thrown around. So much, in fact, that strategy goes down the drain.

Rhzev Frontline, winter. 3v3. We hold the early game well, we actually took both of the fuels. We lost one of them, for a very short time, and you know what happened?

3 ZiS ATG's, 3 SU-85's, 4 T-34/86's and a god damn ISU-152. My teammates tried a well executed pinzer maneuver, and I drove in from the middle to assault them.

I had 3 panzer 4's with smoke dischargers, 2 mortar halftracks to destroy the ZiS crews and a Tiger. My teammate also sent an Elephant to help me in that side.

Everything got annihilated in SECONDS. No strategy, no clever thinking or tricks. Just straight on massacre. The Tiger alone got killed by the ISu-152. Two shots, two stuns (bad luck I guess), the rest was just eaten up by the SU-85's. The Panzer 4's were up next.

Unless mortar halftracks could shoot 50kg bombs, they didn't do crap against the ZiS (even with incendiary barrages).

Its part of what CoH is, at least for me.

Something incredibly frustrating and enfuriating happens. Picture Kangaroo spam. You scream, you kick, you bash the keyboard. Throw it across the room. Kill a little kitty.

...Then, for some ungodly reason. Perhaps in similarity to crystal meth addiction, you come back for more.

So basically that's why the Ostwind and T70 became so effective in the recent patches? Their scatter was "decreased" so the shots land closer to the missed target (aoe) and possibly hitting another target?

The EULA does not grant you any rights TO the game. It grants you rights to play the game AS IS. As long as the game is reasonably playable (a start to finish experience is one of requirements, and campaign fulfills that). They never promised you ladders, or observer mode, or replay tools, or worldbuilders. They said MAYBE, and in commerce that means NOT NOW.

The best thing you are going to get off a lengthy, drawn out court case is your money back and a lot of legal fees. This varies depending on where you live (Europe takes EULA's much more seriously than anywhere else).

Also, as a young lawyer myself: Sega probably has access to an EXTREMELY good legal department, seeing as they are in the gambling business and all. Even in the remote scenario that the young lawyer you hire actually wins the case after a year or so of climactic paperwork. They are going to get your money (20-30% of it sounds about right).

Its the buyer's risk, my friend: Sometimes, we purchase a product that was not up to our expectations. Sometimes you get your money back, sometimes you can't.

It would also be shitty if, by the time your court case is approaching the phase to present evidence, Relic has patched the game (1 year to do it), and you have ladders, observer mode, replay tools, or whatever. Then your case has no grounds and well, you might still have to pay up.

Elephant + Artillery Officer, those SU-85's never knew what hit them.

I thought SU-85 arrived way earlier than the 5CP elephant?

@Lichtbringer: Not sure on how accuracy is calculated like that. It would be cool if one of the more experienced people with stats told us. Even with 200% accuracy though, battlefield conditions can pull it down to below 100%. Im not sure if they stack, but I imagine a unit running through omnidirectional light cover is hard to hit: they get the 0.5 received accuracy, plus the fact that they are moving further increases your chances to miss.

Also, remember while guns start 100% accuracy, for the sake of buffs, they rarely have an accuracy of 1 or above. They already have an inherent miss chance in them. Blitzkrieg will duplicate their chances to hit, but its not a 200% chance to hit. Its 200% of whatever you had before (panzer 4 has a near range accuracy of 0.05, so it becomes 0.10)
