Changes being made after constant Wehraboo crying that JLI and LeFH in just not good enough and that doctrine is "bad". And they listened to them and conciously threw buff after buff until it became unbearable, so they are either dumb OR biased - as in ignoring balance implications in favor of pleasing local wehraboo crowd. Balancing a game with this many moving parts is difficult. I see no reason to believe the balance patch is some sort of Axis fanboy conspiracy over it simply not being a perfectly balanced patch. There is no conspiracy here. Overwatch was buffed into oblivion after Wehraboos started whining on stream during 2v2 tournament test. JLI were buffed not because they were underpowered but because they were not used, which is obviously flawed line of thought considering the reason they were not used is doctrine they were put into was just worse version of Spec Ops. Funny thing, this kind of screwed up mentality among mod team is exactly what led them to this debacle in first place. It appears certain members of team believe that German units should be plain better than their Allied counterparts just because they are German, which led to JLI buff despite JLI already being vastly superior to Pathfinders even before buff In: COH2 Balance

Upgraded squad unit size is reduced from 6>5 and reinforcement cost inreased by 10% CP5 - Conscript Repair Kit CP12 - IL-2 Strafe (Loiter) Doctrine meant to give faction more scaling into late game by giving it a proper T4 medium and a weapon upgrade for mainline infantry as well as more field presence with amblulance unit. Or that having Goliaths, For the Fatherland and Sector Assault all in one commander is super powerful when in reality you can only use one of the three consistantly because of obvious munitions costs. Once you get 3 or above JLI squads, they become way more cost effective than anything in the game, including Obers. Penals are dedicated AI unit, they should win against anything but elite AI infantry, which JLI are not, they are sniper unit who can magically take down AI specialists head on. Can Pathfinders or EFA snipers do that? No, and thats the point if you still failed to get it. In: COH2 Balance

They are infiltration sniper squad, what made you think they should even compete with volks and obers and be some sort of mainline infantry replacement? Spamming JLI should no more viable than spamming snipers or pathfinders Also IR Pathfinders have only 1 sniper rifle and it has just 40% crit, and IR Pathfinders are also CP1 and cost more, again you're quite entitled to think JLI should be any better than them. Not only JLI crit should be recuded to 40% but garrison/green bonuses they have on their sniper need to also go away. In: COH2 Balance

Stop this force multiplier meme already. That thing barely kills vet 0 jagdpanzer during full duration. One pass of Ost AT strafe is more impactful than current joke of ability since it actually kills stuff In: COH2 Balance
