Please, reconsider Panzerfusilers for Elite Armor.
1) Reworking them could benefit Breakthrough as well which is pretty much dead, so it would bring 2 doctrines back to life
2) Panzerfusiliers ARE Panzergrenadiers, as explained in the bullettin description, very elite panzergrenadier regiments that earned such honorific name. They perfectly FIT Elite Armor thematically.
At this point i don't get what is the point of stationary ability for KV2, the unit pretty much plays better if you keep it mobile IMHO in 1.4.
Consider changing the ability to something that ACTIVELY support infantry, like a large smoke shell fired from main gun.
Edit: making it comes faster would be better as well, like 10 CP. |

i vote for higher more price on comissar squad then let them upgrade AVT-40 which can be use same model with SVT-40 right ? let them use it as brust fire short to medium range weapon

the 60+fuel has nothing to do with the p4 just with major tech being more costly then CPT and LT combined...
CPT and LT are supposed to be a choice, not a linear teching
Major would give good dedicated units like m10 and m8, 60 fuel means m10 comes at (max) 120 fuel. To access m36 or sherman there's 60 more fuel, so complete Major tier still costs 120 fuel.

Did you even read it? With this suggestion the Panzer IV will stay exactly like it is now, with the exact same cost and timing. The only thing that would change is that the T4 HQ structure itself can be built earlier so Obers can come out earlier, which is a sensible thing.
And Jagdpanzer 4, that again can be nerfed in armor, range, and/or soft nerfed in dps like stug if needed.
It will break the bones of the Command Panther meta by giving a solid pre tier 4 anti medium backup that isn't tier locked or an armored car |
Sooooo, i have read nothing nor played anything of this and i'm a bit lazy (sorry ) , is there a link where the latest patch notes are linked or just the first post of this thread? Any other things i should keep in mind when playing the mod?

the M-36 needs to become less effective vs mediums.
That was the plan, m10 allows to do it without gutting down usf against, let's say, okw panzer 4 spam.
I'm sure USF has a lot of other tools to deal with Panzer 4, but such thingis true for Wehrmacht, that still get the stug.
As long as everything is reasonably priced and has right pop more stock options are only better. |
Overwatch: I feel like the JLI squad is redundant considering most of the doctrine has already recon centered ability. Also, JLI is not the only infantry in need of some tweaks

-Panzerfusiliers are avaiable at 0 CP
-Panzerfusiliers spawn as 5 men squad, with only kar 98k sharing the same stats as Grens
-Cost 300 mp to be called in
-Cost 28 mp to reinforce
-Can upgrade with 2 and only 2 G43 for 90 munition.
-Model 24 stats adjusted to be in line with pineapple
-Rifle flare removed
This is aimed at reworking Panzerfusiliers as a long range mainline of high quality and scaling as alternative to volks, in a similar way in which OST gets the option to call in Osttruppen. It's a tradeoff between a bigger field presence, flame nade utility and lower mainline bleed and a stronger mainline.
That said JLI could be reworked as well
Jaeger Light Infantry from Scarvenge Doctrine
-Lower reinforce cost (as in actual revamp)
-Now gets timed demolition charges (like paratroopers) to bring down structures.
-Booby trap replaced with Incendiary booby trap (kudos to @Vipper), it sets up faster and cost marginally less, but for several seconds the point can't be capped without damaging the troops within the circle.
-Added rifle grenade (remove camo upon usage)
From a generic long range support unit to a thematically interesting recon unit with different abilities from Obersoldaten.

Imo the TD should be separated to "medium TDs" that good vs medium tanks and not really effective vs Super heavies and the "heavy Tds" that effect vs Super heavies but less effective vs mediums. Imo M-36 being able to counter effectively every vehicle from a Kubel to a JT is bad design.
Imo USF have enough option to counter P4 even without the M-36. (Although I do find the P4's gun a bit too good vs infantry)
One can also try to make M-10 the stock unit and M-36 the doctrinal one.
The main issue is still present. Until jackson usf has only softcounters to panzer 4.
All factions but usf (and uk) get a nondoctrinal stopgap at, i don.t see the issue with usf having one
