Before you start reading or commenting, do notice that this is only a post about units and abilities I think are rare to see in the current meta. You may complain about how UP these units are. But, for those who are going to comment, think deeply if there are any other possible reasons before you drain your complaint.
Also, do note that I rarely play OKW or UKF. So I will include a shortlist for these two factions. Feel free to add more. Besides, I mostly play 3v3 and 4v4, rank around 50 - 30.

Im not sure if Molotovs, Katyushas,or Assault Officers are all that rarely seen. Katyushas especially are quite popular, they're the quickest nondoc arty to actually land (some of) its rockets, especially from close range.
Relief infantry and Rapid conscription are barely abilities. They both need totally reworking, encouraging the loss of models is not good design... Especially for Ostheer, where for the loss of six Grens/Pioneers/Pgrens you get Ostruppen of all things.
USF offmap smokes are not seen because USF already have the best access to smoke in the game. They generally just don't need an offmap for it.
Yeah, Molotovs is a tricky one. I personally use it a lot. But it is still the least used Anti infantries nade.
Katy is definitely numerous but still the least seen non-doc rocket arti.
I could be wrong with the Assault Officers. I rarely play UKF. But I personally see very few of them being made. |
Unit and abilities are very tied related to game mode and maps.
Some units abilities never seen in 1vs1 are quite popular in 4vs4 for instance, the thread without mentioning what game mode is referring to is rather vague.
Yeah, true. This is more like a list in the middle. I picked these units base on all game modes(except for a few). |

Katitof: you wrote:
''You do realize that M20 is NOT more durable then 222? It takes the exact same 2 AT shots to take it down.
Also, 222 IS your scouting option that also serves as cheap, but effective AA unit.
Oh and T-70 is less effective scout then 222.''
These facts are known to me, im talking about something that survives 2 AT shot, with gun and speed to go dive/spot arty, something that is between 222 and pz4/ostwind
and your sarcasm you can keep for yourself boy, thank you very much
Guys stay on the topic; this thread is about ml20. |
Wait....didnt they make the ML20 a clone in all stats from the lefh?
so this both units have the exact same shell dmg and shot the same amount of it?
No,
Ml20 deals 200 dmg per shot. And fires eight rounds. (one additional round when reaching vet one)
LeFH deals 160 dmg per shot. And fires 10 rounds. It also fires a bit faster(like 0.25 sec faster per shot)
Other than those, others are exactly the same.(including AOE)
LeFH counter barrage ability decreases scatter. |
Ml20, as in the current status, has the lowest appearance in large scale team games(Since I rarely play any 1v1 game, I can not tell its overall appearance in such game mode). Here are some pro and cons of this unit:
Pro:
1.Greater damage per shell than LeFH.
Cons:
1.Fire two less shell than LeFH.(Fire one additional shell as reaching vet 1)
2.Lack of special ability.
3.Frequently lose to LeFH. (LeFH counter barrage ability has the second-highest arti damage output in this current meta.)
And here are some of my personal opinions of this unit:
Ml20 does shine itself in terms of its high direct-hit damage, which means it is the most promising base destruction arti. However, since it generally fires less shell than LeFH, the chance of hitting is also lower. As most arti have a scatter control ability, ML20 will most likely lose an arti vs. arti battle. The vet one bonus is also not attractive as it only puts itself a little bit on par with its German counterpart.
I will not suggest any changes for now before hearing others' opinions. Maybe I am totally wrong.

I don't if you guys have realized that, but KV8 has better close range penetration than KV1. 140 compare to 120. Is the penetration it too high for the 45mm or the 76mm just suppose to be bad in this game? |
