IR ST44 upgrade could be redesigned to be an upgrade for all OKW infatry that provide an small buff and have synergy with the IR HT.
For instance the unit could have a timed ability where the IR spotlight would increase the damage vs units in garrison and cover.
It could also have other utility like increased sight and flares.

Back around release it had the JP4; I wouldn't move it back to the med truck, but maybe some other light/medium vehicle? A copy of the OST doc 250-HT could work, since OKW doesn't have any infantry carriers. Alternatively, a Stug could also be interesting replacement (lock it behind the retreat point upgrade?) as it would give a mobile AT option before reaching T3/Vehicle unlock tech - which might help make medtruck a more viable choice compared to mech.

If they’re gonna move the IR HT to overwatch or remove it, the best replacement in the BQHQ would be the 250/7 mortar halftruck. It would fill a huge hole in the okw roster.

I’d like the ISG reworked a bit, I don’t think it’s in the best spot rn.
Tbh okw tech needs some refining, it’s a bit confused atm.

Remove volks sandbags and flamenade and make pfaust available with the first truck
Okw earlygame fixed and now t1 is worth.

Move ISG to t0, pupchen to t1, give isg a small AT direct fire mode, adjust price. Move Mg34 to t1, also implement a IRHT rework as a doctrinal infantry support tool.

Put an AT squad in bghq that spawns with AT rifles and a snare and upgrades to Shreks once schwere is up.

Miragefla tried that a while back. He gave the leIG a 7.5cm "hollow charge" ability for 30 munitions that did 80 damage, 50 range, direct-fire. Our testing concluded that it was inadequate as an AT tool and the idea as scrapped; hence you have the 270MP leIG you have now.
Personally, I would put the IR Halftrack into Special Operations (replacing artillery flares), and give the Battlegrouppe HQ the Sdkfz. 250 Halftrack. Start with a clone of the Ostheer version and adjust from there.
Because the Panzerfusiliers were reworked, I do not believe that giving T1 an AT squad would be the best course of action (as the roles would overlap).

There is a number of options like:
Obers so all truck have 3 units in them
JP IV requiring a second truck
JLI so that OKW have a stock recon infatry
The 6 men engineer squad from TOW so that some burden is taken away from SP
A medical sqaud
VG with 1 rifle grenade weapon
250
MHT
OPEL
221 so with 0 fuel cost so that OKW can counter cars, and the 223 can be doctrinal and have time and cost adjusted.

This would be better than the double Schreck for Sturms idea, because they would not conflict with the role of Schreck Pfusi's, being only good against lights, which is the main weakness of T1 builds.
