My question is: what the hell did the Wehrmacht get a new healing opportunity? Some strange priorities, the Soviets have only two possibilities and one of them in only one commander did not receive any alternative. And the Wehrmacht that has: bunkers, personal first-aid kits, a medicine commander gets the opportunity to be healed in HT. |
What if we gave the KV-1 a smokeshell like the cromwell at vet 1 instead? Soviets do not have that many smoke dispensers. I think it would be good utility and even help with destroying flakbases.
Soviet smoke shells used yellow phosphorus, so it could be the United States, Britain phosphorus shells but just slowing down soldiers without damage and there could be a small grenade effect - all of that in the shell was 80 grams of TNT which gave shards. I think the T-34 (both) should also get a smoke shell.
During the siege of Sevostopl, German sodates very much complained about the quality of their mortar smoke mines, their smoke was not dense and complained that the Soviet smoke mines had good dense and poisonous smoke. |
I already spoke about this - I completely disagree, an increase in the price of Maxim will require a decrease in the price of the Draftee, which, like an avalanche, will touch on other issues: issues of Osttruppen productivity to price, T1 balance.
No, just make the Conscripts competitive with the other infantry and not come up with absurd 7-person roles. Conscripts must support something, Maxim must support something. But these two crippled cannot do anything together. Make the Conscripts a good infantry and Maxim will support something. |
And what about No Man's Sky then? They somehow magically made a 180 degree turn with that game even tho the devs at first received death threats, called worst devs ever and the game same thing and just large money grab. And now they're praising the dev team's names on billboards and stuff.
Reputation cleaning, if they left everything as happened with No Man's Sky: No Man's Sky was recognized as the lowest Steam user rating among AAA projects: the overall rating of positive reviews was 30%, and 30 days before October 11 - 12 % No one would just buy their next game. |
DoW and CoH would have been never been so critically acclaimed and spawned games after them if they were as bad as DoW3 when they first came out, and yes I know they weren't so bad, or CoH at least since I played it back in 2006.
DoW3 just came out dead even after people warned and told Relic to not keep the mechanics that were being identified as troublesome but they preferred not to listen and thus doomed their game, they had ample time to make the changes to the cover system, hero units and so forth.
I can't comment on either DoW or DoW2 as I didn't played them on their release.
DoW3 in my opinion was just a badly designed attempt at a cash grab from MOBA playing children but they also included RTS elements in order to appease their fan base so it was basically a compromise, a bad one at that.
It's still possible to fix the game through some sort of DLC or huge, game fixing update, similar to what the No Man's Sky devs did, but it will take a lot of time, effort and resources as well as manpower, obviously, and I don't think Relic want/can do that right now but I hope they come back to it and fix the game one day, even if it's after AoE4 or something.
A return to DoW3 is pointless. Returning to an existing game is impractical, even if the game was successful and popular. That's why it’s easier to make a new part of the game than to go back to the existing one. And returning to a bad, unpopular and poorly selling game is just crazy.
My main indignation here is that the game died in less than a year, but the remaining three and a half players were not even left with modding tools so that they could create interesting mods with new factions and fix the existing one.
The same applies to CoH2. |
dow3 new dlc plz
What for? The game is very bad, it died in less than a year, not because the fans are haters. But because the game is objective is very bad. |

I do agree that the gun needed fixing but again, I think you will find the kv2 will go back into obscurity with a very few situations where it may be more useful.
The new ability is funky but atleast more practical than secure more.
The KV-2 has one thing that the IS-2 does not have - a static mode, which gives an excellent range, increased rate of fire. In static mode, through manual fire control, you can do huge damage, thanks to this KV-2 will remain popular. |
Um, how is it not about vet? Vet is always important to get a better edge over other units.
And what do you mean about the is2 main gun? Have you even tried the new one? I know the kv2 vets better because no matter what's it's up against it will gain vet.
Without the IS-2 mod, the worst heavy tank is because of the disgusting main gun, with the mod it is finally competitive with other heavy tanks. The only controversial solution is a new ability - I bring changes, but this ability is very strange: it has a very long response time, during which time the enemy infantry can easily leave even without retreat, if you consider it as an anti tank, the ability here is the same problem . That is, this ability is needed against static things like a bunker, but it doesn’t make much sense - ordinary shots are quite successful in dealing with this.

IS2 vet is similar to the Kv-2 but it seems to be better overall. I don't really feel the tanks perform equally at the moment especially considering the fuel cost is equal. You see Is2 all the time and the Kv2 is not nearly as popular.
KV2 Vet 2
+50% weapon rotation speed, +25% direct fire range, +14.3% indirect fire
IS2 Vet 2
+50% weapon rotation speed, +25% range, +20% accuracy
Kv2 Vet 3
+20% weapon rotation speed, +20% rotation speed, +20% speed, +20% ac/de-celeration, +180 hp
Is2
-30% reload, +20% rotation speed, +20% speed, +20% ac/de-celeration
The situation is exactly the opposite - I see the KV-2 and generally do not see the IS-2. It's not about vet, it's about the main gun - the IS-2 main gun does not cause damage - there is no damage - there is no vet, no matter how good it is. |
