Dhsk is batshit op and you know it. Maxim sucks and I know it. The reliance of soviet players upon overperforming crutches is a known fact and shows the pathetic state of the sovoet core.
Soviets need a rework badly:
Cons need to be better and worth it in the late game
Penals need to be balanced and not easy mode everything early game with high ai dps, ptrs light vehicle deterrants and sticky satchels (the most idiotic idea of the entire patch)
The maxim doesn't need te be a worse mg34
Guards shouldn't be 360 mp for their current price
The SU76 should't be as cost effective as it is now and the SU85 should be the superior vehicle
The Zis gun needs to be slightly better vs heavies
The molotov and at nade upgrades should be one upgrade
An honest question : Why now and why nobody talk about it before, why ?
Also this commander's sherman was nerfed recently but not before, why ? |
I am not talking about one game. I am talking about basically every soviet game in the GCS tourney: lend lease without end
Let's see how and who win the tournament. We can't change it in the middle of it.
But i agree, the Soviets need more viable alternatives to lend-lease.
Also : Skill matter the most. |
DSHK badly needs nerfs, that's for sure.
On the other hand, it's not shermans themselves that are broken. It's call-ins in general. Without call-in shermans there would be no counter to call-in command panther and vice-versa.
This time i can't agree with you, please don't touch it.
1-DSHK is doctrinal.
2-It has many counters: LeIG, mortars, walkin stuka, smoke + anything.
Don't make another commander useless plz. |
I really dont get the "any nerf to the stuka nuka requires the same nerfs to its equivalents" there are no equivalents. The stuka nuke deals a GUARANTEED death crit in a radius of 15, around EXACTLY where you want it WHEREVER you want it in the EXACT same time ANYWHERE, ANY MAP. it is the definition of consitant, you know that when you hit that button in a 8 (if i recall) seconds there will be no infantry at all beit obliterating them or causing them to flee. EVERY TIME. sure there are devistating allied strikes, but they have variables and are kind enough to present visual cues as well. The il-2 percision strike is often brought up, but on top of costing more, it has flares, a long fly in, a map cue (the plane flying in) AND scatter on the bombs (none of which will wipe within a 15m radius) it has lots of damage potential, no denying that, but the only things that would actually get hit by it are howitzers and MAYBE an unupgraded JT with a damaged engine, and even THAT might crawl away if it sees the flares. Weapon teams can certainly pack up and move away in time (and not get wiped on retreat because they were unfortunate enough to have only noved 14m from the blast)
Give the sdb a proper AOE with damage fall off and a buff vs emplacments and it would be fine, wouldnt even need flares if its not going to wipe EVERYTHING with legs that doesnt make it all the way out.
Tldr there is nothing of the calibre of the current SDB because its just so consistent
+1000
Biggest Op/cheesy ability in team game format is the i win Stuka dive-nuker.
Plz, give us a counter against it !!!! |
I don't think that the only reason he lost the game was Lend-lease...
I also saw a very OP unit : the Sturm tiger.
It also clearly show that the Soviet faction need more good alternatives.
Let be honest here, Lead-lease was introduced long ago... Last patches made it just more obvious because of the maxim changes.
Talisman had map control = So he could spam Sherman tanks more easily.
Just a little analysis from a low scrub 4vs4 random player...lol |
I think it would be an easier way to bring some fresh air to our favorite game and to give some factions the new options they need to be more versatile !

It could be nice if Relic would team with the community to bring the foreign doctrine commanders to the market asap !!!
Those commanders would be coming into the game bundled with units/abilities of the same country.
As an Example : (i'm sure i've forgotten the most important)
A italian commander coming with new italian units;
A canadian commander coming with new canadian units; (arty)
A australian commander coming with new australian units;
A polish commander coming with new polish units; (Cavalry,why not)
A hungarian commander coming with new hungarian units;
A french commander coming with new french units; (partisans)
An austrian commander coming with new austrian units;
A finnish commander coming with new finnish units; (ski units)
And so on.
Easier to be made and balance then a full fledge DLC.
Sold separately for 3.99 USD.
It would be good for the game and for their bottom line.
I would buy them all !
What do you think ?

3) OKW's Battlegroup Headquarters (Tier 2) :
1) Citation from an CoH2's Guide: "Behind a shot blocker and near the front line is a great choice." It combine a toggle forward retreat point with a healing station. This help Axis (OKW) to stay closer to the critical spots a lot faster then anybody else. Add the fact that OKW weapons upgrade are made on the fly... And all problematic factors are non doctrinal.

Kindergarten? How is making the argument that a balanced and high-level player card = more likely to have a better grasp of the game somehow toddler behavior? That makes no sense.
I think the playercard situation is caused by people who don't post their stats but are happy to shout loudly and fill the forum with, what is probably, nonsense and bias. That wastes people's time. So "Playercard or gtfo" seems to be a valid argument.
Also, you may need to nerf penals somehow and/or put faust back for OKW after truck call-in. All I'm seeing in 2v2 is penals and M3 for dayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyys
If you gotta nerf Volks, do it, I don't really care. I just want a nice fun early game with less of this light-vehicle BS from 0CP and T1. It really spoils the flow of the game Nerf the Kubel if you have to too, just get rid of this clown car nonsense for the love of goddddddd
Bulgakov has a point, the penal opening is way to frequent (boring), not that they are really that OP but rather there is no real alternative...
Why not give them only one PTRS... But the Soviet still need more viable alternatives to T1 to be fun to play.
