With any type of support it should be able to take the panther. Guards buttoning and a rushing t34/85 = a dead panther that probably didn't get a shot off. A T34/85 performs excepionally well considering that it is discounted 25% and has better AI. It also wipes away any other axis armour and it's pretty fast. Cool story bro. Shame isn't true. Use StuG III against medium and lower armour targets and build a Panther if you need something to help you against heavies or to chase down/ harass the enemy. Also frontal armour allows Panther to withstand a bit more than any other medium tank. I don't remember exactly but I remember that only Jackson, Comet and Firefly are capable of reliable penetration (pun not intended) and new SU-85? In: COH2 Balance

Axis players see Panther as this anti every tank monster while in the reality it should only be built against heavy armour, against which it performs extremely well due to its reliable penetration. Against medium tanks however, Panther's rate of fire makes it ineffective. You really are better off building PzIV and StuGs respectively. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: OKW can be killed in less than 5 minutes24 Jun 2016, 18:50 PM Sturm Pios spam looks to be new meta in team games. Which is hilarious cos these can be countered so easily with good HMG play. The attrition cost will bury you alive and of course you need to equip them with Shreks what only ads to the injury. It's priceless to see SP squad with shreks loose 2-3 models due to a good Cromwell shot. And then comes the rage. On the side note meeting decent opponent paints completely different picture. Thread: Raketten durability24 Jun 2016, 16:13 PM It is a known fact that OKW raketten is quite fragile but has the ability to garrison buildings and retreat if needed. It is my understanding that its delicate nature may be some of an issue for OKW. How do you guys feel if we made Raketten resilient like a normal AT gun but have taken its ability to garrison and retreat in return? In: COH2 Balance

I also think since they now have the mortar, riflemen should lose their smoke grenades. Smoke should be given to the rangers instead. Smoke doesn't make sense on baseline inf.
