I have enough in the mode I play the most to tell they are utterly useless in late game.

Temporary snares could work, single squads would be forced off or destroyed, but combined arms would still bust the vehicle.
Its all about answering the question if AT nade like that should last 5 or 50 seconds.

That's just a well known stat about suppression and pin. However the suppression/pin RA bonuses wear off after 10 seconds I believe. So if your opponet doesn't notice his squad is pinned it eventually just counts as neutral (or negative if on negative).

as said once again, build it in the fucking base, if u really want, put the AA truck ona cut off near ur base (and by near i mean adiacent) only if u are about to lose hard it's gonna get desrtoyed
I agree. The point I'm making is that there is no reason to place a truck outside of the base. Pretty much 2 of any off-map will destroy it and it can't be repaired fast enough. The on map stuff isn't accurate enough to be much of a problem. |
Did you check how long it takes to repair buildings of other factions? All buildings take long to repair. Okw ones are not even the slowest.
How many other factions have to repair their bases while getting off map arty'd? |
I have to say that pairing the two is a bit counterproductive. A unit that is suppressed gains a .5 received accuracy modifier, and a pinned unit gets a .25 received accuracy modifier. This means that the HMG is actually making your obers kill slower, make of that what you will.
Where do you get the data for that? From my experience it seems as if they die faster when pinned. |
