I see Axis taking allied MG's all the time. In fact the M2's downsides are cost, tech, enemy, and crew related. The gun itself is excellent and nabbing one as Germans is rarely a bad move, since 3 of the downsides are nullified and the last one already applies to German crews.
I always rage when I see my teammate losing maxims and the enemy picking them up... Those Maxims can be seriously annoying at times...
To be honest rifle grenades I have the biggest issue here, as they are significantly harder to detect (no visible timer + range) especially when you're microing stuff in the meantime. Grenades with a fuse I don't mind as usually I can move the squad in time.
To me rifle grenades are yet another one of those cases where assymetrical balance was taken too far...
Buffing it further would make it too good imo. It already prevents axis players from using buildings effectively on any urban maps - in which the axis generally struggle already enough.
The molotov has some really good benefits even if it doesn't hit, for example: your opponent has to move away from his cover unless he wants to burn in the fire and lose his unit. This indirectly results him in taking extra damage anyways while he cannot fire back as effectively.
Personally, I'd get rid of the molotov... too difficult to balance because currently it does squat...
All I can say is that every game i've been in that's had a leaver punishment system has had absolutely revolting communities to go with them, and i don't think it's a coincidence where those attitudes came from in large part...
i am not asking for people to be in games they do not want to be.
I would have thought this would have the definitive reason for people dropping.
I agree with the others, I play games for fun, if I'm not having fun, I'll leave.
It sounds mean, but I don't care about some random person who I'll never meet ever again and possibly wrecking their game. I'd like to think that I have enough judgement to decide what games I will and won't stay in.
