Yeah Johnny, that's pretty cool. I too changed my mind and think it's too strong but I really don't want them to nerf the handling. If anything, either the damage or suppression needs to be toned down. |

PG dps is good already, you are just changing a bit of close DPS for double DPS at far range and increase DPS while on move.

After having played around more with cons post patch, I really think they need to revert the increased acc multiplier. They weren't that tough before and now they just get shredded. The mid range dps buff wasn't enough to make putting them in cover all that worth it as you're just delaying the inevitable lost fire fight. Now though, charging in to throw molly or to get close range dps really hurts.
Go watch ATR's latest shoutcast of Sage v Walther in the shoutcast section. Not Sage's best game but it shows how fast cons get murdered by everything. That plus the maxim bug plus the t-34 bug fix made this a pretty painful patch for sovs. |
Yeah, I don't think that's really fair. Relic seems to be all over this.
On a side note, an in game mute chat option could go a long way to making auto matching more enjoyable for some. |

I think Relic will change their minds and add it. Why not, heavy tanks are fun. And I disagree about the other doctrines disappearing. It was in CoH1 and it was one of the most rarely seen units in the game. Everyone loved it but there was a lot of attractive stuff in the other docs.
Well, to be fair, it was only kind of rare towards the end of CoH1's patching life. There were many patch iterations where Tiger vs. Pershing was THE meta. |
I probably just need to L2P but I have problems with it as Soviets as well - it takes far too much time and usually combined arms of more than one unit to deal with a single Kuble, and that's not including the inevitable SPERM-Pios that are always lurking around it!
I agree though the main issue is the USF's inability to produce anything but the RE and Riflemen. What happened to the scout jeepwith it's 50 cal? Maybe even introduce a new light vehilce there?
I would LOVE to have the US jeep back. 280mp unit available from the start; same dps and handling as current Kubel but no suppression and higher health so that it could beat a Kubel in a 1v1 situation. Would add a little spice to USF openings. The more I think about it, the more I want my jeep back lol. |

Yup, OKW is in a pretty good spot right now. Flexible, fun, strong. Soviets on the other hand... Ugh. The last thing they need are arbitrary nerfs to units that are actually performing well, or just at all. A lot of their units need adjusting but it goes far beyond "nerf maxims and shocks because I don't like them." |
i didnt get to top 10 as OKW by complaining about balance and ignoring advice. you have to learn the tools you have and apply them to your problem.
