Thread: Panther armor rebalance.26 Aug 2019, 04:47 AM No increasing it pen might be seen as too effective buff to all enemies vehicle. There are other suggestions to make combat blitz more offensive bonus. But rearranging its armor and giving it stronger rear just seems more logically and in line with Wehr theme. The extra moving accuracy buff also fit its role as a hunter. This make panther grow stronger against med tanks as it should Allies TD get really strong vet bonus which pretty much zone out all axis stock tanks imo. panther seems forgotten just because its armor value seems high...but really as shown the shoot down between hulled kv1s vs panthers, its not. Thread: UKF September patch discussion26 Aug 2019, 04:41 AM 2 is still very strong and im not a fan of hard limits, it just weaken the viability and options. Can the engine do such limits even? So confusing. Reducing its AT performance better. It will need extra 1 hit to kill. Make more sense as an infantry support heavy tank. Max range shot to rear armor is a real thing. Reminder rear armor is 50% of a tank. In: COH2 Balance

If you surprised this game was bad, not me, i played tons 2v2 and ukf can dominate with late game Churchills, 2 Churchill 2xRE piats and FF behind, then you throw tons of arty at the problem. I think reducing its damage from 160 to 120 can be a start. In: COH2 Balance

Just came back from watching the Banace preview tournament and that Churchill spam was so OP Right now it can hold off a panther, while costing less fuel and being able to beat up infantry I would suggest reducing the main gun’s AOE damage so that it can continue to fight panthers on even terms, but can’t slaugher infantry afterwards. Wehr late game just suck and dont scale well. 1 Elefant cant stop Churchill spam. Wehr doesnt get P47 or Armor overwatch and that UKF one. Their stuka air strike is less damaging. Bascially Panther should at least put a good fight against Churchill. But it doesnt Simply now AT Gun or TD zone out Panthers for Churchill push. Makes no sense Churchill can hit Panther for same 160 damage due to Panther poor rear armor. If you watch the KV1 hull down vs Panther. 100 pen vs 260 armor, and it was ugly for Panther. Showing some stats are better than others. Range > Armor. USF,UKF,Sov have strong TD vet bonus. Panther gets inconseqential armor skirts at current values. Like i said, rebalance Panther armor so that it decrease rear armor pen from non-TD non-premium med at max range. Give Panther a moving accuracy vet. In: COH2 Balance

The barrage range is currently less than an LEIG. The Scott had double the range of a LEIG and about 80-90% of the range of an LEFH. In COH2 terms, it should've had a range of 120-130, barrage timers and shells about the same as on-map howitzer, and a damage profile that is about half of a regular howitzer. 130 range? How you counter something like that... Which coh2 terms you meant. Imo this is a slight nerf to scott, not enough in team games. How does 2xrak shut down med tank yet others,atg don't? Its not a rak thing. Usf and sov in fact have good counter in their strong med tanks against infantry profile. Now that cromwell is getting buff, ukf is also strong. Rak is less reliable when cloak and probably need retreat after sneaking up on you. Make use of your tanks to chase it since okw is open without atg. I think is a good dynamic and not cheese. Its different is good In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Sight flares vs Recon planes24 Aug 2019, 07:21 AM Can we change sov stock mortar flare? Make it linger much shorter? Make it cost ammo? Brit flare to follow okw arti flare too?
