No performances is low enough to justify keeping creeping death cheese. If it's not deemed good enough without it fix it.
Agreed.
But what about scouting and tracking abilities? What if they could reveal creeping camo units? (They might already do it and im just being dumb)
To my understanding, if you were to use cons as a 'fighting squad' you will have to upgrade them correspondingly. Otherwise you can use them as 'cheaper' ostruppen to capture land and scout
What i hate is the attitude of guys like you, claiming others is noobs/abuse when they make use of unit they have without giving construction arguments.
Why do you blame the stupid axis player then? Oh wait, if an allied playes is noob, we need to buff allied forces bcos #gameIsHard but if axis messes up he is an idiotic moron and thats fine...
Nice bias there. Maybe you need your own medicine and thats what you really hate.
Why should UKF players tolerate having units nerfed out of the game while every other faction get reworks and such to restore usefulness? Every faction has the right to be able to use ALL of their arsenal, no exceptions. This very long anti-UKF crusade has to have it's limits. I'm in a favour of a rework of the Bofors, NOT remove it from the game.
There is a long enough list of units in all factions that simply cannot compete in the actual metagame, but UKF has to be some sort special boi and be the exeption just because it relies on badly designes emplacements?
Dont you wanna talk about Maxims, OST Puma, E8's, USF Sherman76, M10, DshK HMG, conscripts on some cases, Hetzers, Pz4E, B4, partisans, even Obers can be considered useless against vet3 infantry...
There is no such thing as an anti-UKF crusade, at least from the perspective of non biased people.
Also, please point me to that new repair critical ability of soviets and brits you speak of, I'm curious about it.
Well, first of all, its a very rare ability, not many players know about it. You kinda need a special recipe for it to work. Its easier for UKF than SU, so i will start with the SU.
First, get a mortar, even better if it is nearby the recently immobilized vehicle. You smoke the tank.
Then, you send 4 combat engineers into the smoke cloud with the tank probably, you can also smoke the ATG if you can choose to. If you have the vehicle repair doc ability the process is sped up.
Sometimes you need to send some troops into the fray in order to distract possible retaliation upon recovering the immobilized tank.
--This all applies Unless there is a hungry Sturmtiger waiting with its main gun reloaded--
UKF can use its doctrinal ability that self smokes and starts the repair process, its is recommended though to send a RE to speed the ongoing repair. If no mortar pit is nearby then forget about recovering the tank. This situation will happen most often than not, so dont set your hopes high if you dont picked up the right commander.
If the enemy axis has 2 panthers hunting, you could use the repair maneuver as a decoy to piat-snare the crap out of them and trade efficiently 2 tanks for 1.
If the oponent choses to attack ground with an ATG or tank where the immobilized tank lies, you either ragequit or just pray RNGesus to miss all the shots.
Later, one must come and complaint in the forums about riegel mines.
OMG, just a little itti bitty difference in stats is enough to cascade and endless discussion of who is better and why? Lets just accept that and move on!
USF has better indirect fire options, there was a never ending discussion about pak howies and why no one cared about mortars, because they get outclassed.
Added: The whole point is not worth for asking a OST mortar nerf, nor a USF mortar buff, since it always get replaced by MHT, pak Howies or scotts... if mortars are to be main indirect fire the start by nerfing the latter indirect fire options for USF.
If USF mortar is worse, then use other IF options... or just accept that OST mortars have an advantage and dont put them 1v1 in a game...
