They will never be as durable as cons , still have higher re inforce costs and without mg42/g43 will not be able to inflict damage. Look at what they will be fighting, allied squads that not only will be at least 5 man, but with single/dual upgrades, they still will get wrecked. The choice is clear, either a damage increase for grens or tone down riflemen and tommies. Grens are not the only axis infantry you know How do you expect Tommies or rifles to fight Pgrens or Obers if they get nerfed again? As the tournament showed Ostheer are more than fine vs allied mainlines. In: COH2 Balance

Jackson can do similar with it's mobility but using a FF/SU-85 is like a snail in comparison. And panthers do not struggle right now in 4vs4. And teamgames often have 2xFF/M36 that kite panthers to death. So DPS/DPM is simply a trash stat to make comparations with. If the matchup was as simple as this then only axis faction would be OKW, because Jagdpanzer outduels FF or jackson. But actual games are not Testmod In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Panther6 May 2020, 07:52 AM I don't understand the logic of balancing the panther vs Jackson there are three total allied factions and I don't think anyone would argue Panther struggles vs FF for example... Jackson just needs a slight mobility nerf is all, it's a tad too mobile considering its DPS vs FF. Range changes with panther would totally change the 4vs4 meta and need multiple patches and complete stat changes to balance. Which is wasteful focussing on non-issues considering there are commanders that are in need of love. In: COH2 Balance

They can abandon the weapon which would self destruct (have to think of this in order to avoid abuse) but they have the ability to re-construct their weapon and crew it themselves for half the cost. You need to be fast to react and the offmap still deals some economic damage. Or you could add BRACE kappa In: COH2 Balance
