I was playing elite mod for a while and got 2nd place in a B bracket tourney so here's my thoughts. There's a reason why Dow2's eco works. There are no cutoffs, only Requisition points mature, and requsitions feeds into power which is the "fuel" of the Dow2. There is no requirement in getting resources other than capturing a point in Coh2 but in Dow2 you have to invest 125 + 3x100 requsition to get a fully operation power farm which the enemy can bash. Dow2 is all about aggressively decapping and destroying power farm to set the enemy back and there's a lot of mobility offered in that game not present in Coh2. That system wouldn't work here because inherently some points will never get decapped in coh because there's not enough movement mechanics to support such a play. In: COH2 Gameplay

There's no reason why it should continue to exist in the state that it's in. So yeah man it's over performing but it's probably gonna get nerfed next patch and they should nerf it HARD In: COH2 Balance
Thread: M4A3 76mm Sherman V E8 Sherman26 Jul 2020, 07:15 AM Uh, the DPM on this thing is amazing. 76 is very good vs the most prevalent vehicle going up on the field vs USF right now: the Panzer 4. The higher DPM and the bonuses from combined arms makes is a competent vehicle to reliability win vs the P4 on 1v1. With good ground firing control it can also be better than the Ez8 at anti infantry because of their shared AOE profile and the 76 having better reload. If you're having trouble with its A.I performance try ground firing. People have been doing that it circumvent the Crummywell's piss poor anti infantry performance for year. If you ask me the Ez8 probably need better aoe lol, the thing can't compete with the P4J in terms of aoe although miragefla already touched on that. Plus it's in probably the best 1v1 USF doctrine atm? If you are in team games thou just don't buy it and get a Jackson? In: COH2 Balance

M5 to 3 cp is weird but I think where you're going with this. No clown cars allowed. Heavy tank changes are nice. People would actually need to use P4s for Panzer commander now. Puma changes is super nice and we might see Mobile Defense again in the doctrine lineup. Does the British Medic Changes apply to the USF ones as well? Nice to see that the Croc is being pushed back to 12 cp as well. I've been advocating for this one although I think it's more akin to a Kv-2. Good stuff In: COH2 Gameplay

There was an incredibly power creep during the last patches. And this lategame power creep mainly affected Allied factions (Conscript buffs, KV buffs, Rifle buff, heavy tank buffs) which will continue (impeeding Brit buffs). Ost needs straight up buffs instead of "adjustments". As others have stated buffs for other factions are rarely a problem. Meanwhile there is an incredible hesitation to buff Ost stuff with fake arguments like 3v3 and 4v4 scrub modes. It actually seem like Ost is getting stright buffs in the winter preview. Gren reinforce 30>28, Stupa Armor buff, T4 made cheaper by 15 fuel. Okw in the last few patches has also been given a lot of love. Obers arrive faster now, Panzer Fusis reworked into a good unit, attention to Kubel, and etc. You can't say there is only changes that only affect allied factions because it's simply not true.
