Problem is that non upgraded PF unit is just a Volk squad with 6th member and meh utilities. And different vet.
Penals/Rifle/IS will eat for breakfast stock PF unit.
The unit should be rebalanced towards gaining an earlier, or even min 0 timing, decent vet 0 stats but give up some late game scalability and dps and cost more to reinforce.
This wont work.
People will just put their ambulance a bit further from their major amd it will change nothing.
To avoid the penalty, just deactivate the frp once your army has finished retreating, and the penalty is gone.
The cooldown is so that you can't do this non-stop.
Does buffing flamehetzer count as doctrine rework ?
Feuersturm is pretty much ok but flame hetzer being trash, so if you guys could simply pass flame hetzer as a buff and rework another 2 doctrines it would be awesome.
Here a vid from far 2015. I believe both tanks didn't changed much in AI department.

It's a nice lab but
1) keep infantry in cover, because without aoe main gun that crush walls and sundbags such mg dps will be mostly negated by cover, while bunched covered models get damaged even harder by comet main gun.
2) move the tank, all mg's will lose dps, but comet will lose less dps due to having a main gun as ai source
3) you spent 60 muni for a pintle, unless the pintle becomes free, (and I don't see panther giving any trouble without it) panther isn't a generalist, or better say that, it's performances in at (balanced by cost) shouldn't depend on ai (balanced by a muni upgrade).
If you think panther pintle is an issue remove it, nobody needs ai dps at that stage of the game, players need a proper tank hunter.
