In fact, the ability is so op that everyone has agreed over 2 years ago to never use it again when it was changed to call cons instead of penals, because as its widely known, conscripts were, are and always will be most overpowered and best scaling infantry in the game. Why haven't you participated and won ESL with this again? NKVD Doc is used by most top players though, many players think this doc is useless or bad, it's not. In: COH2 Balance

Fresh con spawns are not that big of a challenge to face. I don't see why they would be considered a large threat. It doesn't matter because it doesn't replace dead squads but dead units. He can just replace dead units in base while rushing his 2 new squads at me. In: COH2 Balance

HOLY SHIIIIIIT Then goes the super cheap tank spam. It's literally impossible to counter all this bunch of conscripts armed with SMG. Can we agree that this ability is beyond bullshit? They are made to focus on overwhelming number and map presence, they are not made to camp and be defensive, with Soviets you have to invest in cheap infantry and annoy the hell out of your opponent. From cheap conscripts, to mass SU76, or mass T34. In: COH2 Balance

They also had less resource income to slow down their tech a bit. (Which meant gaining extra map control at the start of the game didn't snowball.) They also had Luchs come out a few minutes later, which was more balanced. (Luchs was a 9-11 minute unit before, now it's a 6-7) I don't think sturms are the root of the problem, although making them cheaper continues to be a full retard design decision. (Kind of like 210 mp Sappers) The whole unbalanced state is described here. From early sturms to early luchs. I don't even get how they could possibly think this is fair in any shape or form. I didn't say Maxim is bad, I said the opposite, but it's not op, it perfoms just well. You know what "spot on" means? Just because a strategy works doesn't mean it's op.
