There's such a range of nerfs you can do to units in this game. No one's talking about undoing most of the buffs, just tweaking like 1 stat if u change the AOE it will nerf single squad performance too, unless u increase max model to 3, which is the same ans centaur |

The reload time is also way to high compared to other artillery units

Not really, just thought it does have more then enough to compensate for that - like having actual turret rotation, or actual turret or not having to use 100 munit each time it needs to do its job fine

That is true, but in the context you made it look like it was a real advantage for USF, when it's actually not really an option for them, so also not an advantage.
if my strategy wants a fast LV,LT or tank i can skip upgrades to get them earlier than okw, that's called an advantage

What do you mean by better upgrade?
For tank vs tank warfare, the P4 is straight up better. Sherman can have better AI if microed well with the HE shells. But upgrade? Both get a pintle, not sure if the difference is that huge between those.
