UI bug:
Brit Assault section uses wrong picture on the commander description page.. the ingame UI is correct but there it only says "....no key"
I believe it's gonna be fixed in the hotfix. It should be this picture in both situations for AIS
Same goes for AT Section, since they both got unique shieldsymbols
There’s an empty passive for the T4 of Ostheer. If you click on the T4 and look at the units tab, at the bottom left is a passive ability and if you hover over it there’s no description.
T4 ostheer building has some strange button bottom left of button grid, doesnt do anything
It supposed to be pasive UI indicator for T4 bonuses. And instead of Combined Arms it should use this icon

There are also other small difference like the LefH having 200 damage from the get go (something it normally only gets at vet 3) and higher scatter penalty in the fog of war. Range between normal barrage and counterbarrage with veterancy differences also seems to be inconsistent, altough that might've been fixed last time I checked.
Can you then provide the proper information for all counter barrage abilities and their differences with default stats of the units? Thank you in advance! |
Thank you!
Must've been looking at the wrong one at first. Do you know why so many of the off-maps aren't listed? I'd be happy to do the info for those (Loiters, artillery call-ins, etc.)
I didn't add them in my part, because they do not affect on units, or do not have some hided effects (unlike Scavenge artillery barrage for example). It is possible to add them, but what information would you like to see about them?
"Counter barrage" is missing entirely. It should be on the OST mortar, the OST panzerwerfer, and both OST and OKW LeFH 105 howitzers.
Because it just switch fire mode on counter-barrage, nothing else. Probably it should be added for GrW 34, since it got doubled range in counter-barrage mode.
Anyway, with next patch this guide will get the update. So, if something else make you feel unsure - give the information, so we can doublecheck it |
Stack was a bad idea, better to concentrate on making effects from single bulletin feelable, but not powerful. Or like was said here before - passive bonuses as bulletins. Ostwind already has it right now. |
DShK is not UP, that's for sure. It has really good synergy with T1 build-orders.The only thing, which i would like to see - visual one, AP rounds should have same visual effects, as MG 34/42 have. |
Red Army
Lend lease tactics tweaks:
Rework assault guards to fill the missing heavy infantry AT gap of the Soviets, and replace the cheesy fuel drop with a AT loiter, which the soviets are also missing.
About the historical accuracy of the Bazookas - Obersoldaten run around with 80 pound battery packs, Ostwinds, of which only 47 were built, are a tech tree unit, a single rifleman carries around a 150 pound .50 cal, and valentines fire HE shells despite none EVER being issued. This game is not 100% historically accurate, just history based. And the Soviets did receive Bazookas.
0cp - M4A2(76)W "Sherman"
2cp - Assault Guards
~ 6 man, SVTs, Upgrades: x2 Bazookas or x3 Thompson SMGs
2cp - Dshk
5cp - Conscript repairs
~ 10cp - 37mm Cobra AT loiter
Lend-lease cobra CAS planes provide AT close air support
I believe you know, that there is no P-39/P-63 model in the game. There are three planes in the game, which were used by Red Army, so maybe try out ideas around them:
- IL-2; Currently has almost all variants of abilities.
- P-47 "Thunderbolt"; Wasn't used widely as ground support plane. Also, the skin is USAAF.
- C-47 "Skytrain" (and his soviet licensed copy Li-2); Not even a fighter, but probably some other type of ability can be brainstormed. Also, the skin is USAAF. |
Can we change the stuka dive bomb description from 50kgr to 500kgr pls?
This and lots of other text issues, except situations, when several things use the same text string, are fixed with numerical localizations.
I know, it's not official, but very easy to use. |
