The changes that imo should be included in the patch:

Fix PTAB bombing
Reason:
The ability is expensive/difficult to use vs vehicles while does too much damage vs structures/trucks.

Possibly lower cost/CP and damage but make the planes arrive earlier and add some criticals (drive/loader injured/blind/slow)

Redesign ambush tactics for vehicles
Reason:
The ability is quite bad for TD while cloaked T-70/Su-85 in reckon mode are broken. It also overlap with SU-76 vet 1 ability.

One could test change the ability to be available only to TDs allows them to auto camo when stationary adding 10 sight (no penalties or first strike, focus sight disable effect)

If possible change the color of messages from radio intercept
Reason:
more player friendly

PPsh should take up a weapon slot
Reason:
Consistency other upgrades like SVT/PTRS/MR take weapon slot.

Repair speed for 7 men conscripts should be toned down
Reason:
Their repair speed is superior to CE

Move mark target out of Mechanized support tactics and Guard motor Coordination tactics to commander that are less popular.
Reason:
The ability is quite potent (especially with ISU deflection damage of 120->162 with mark target) and that makes these commander far more poplar than other commanders that also come with ISU-152, T-34/85.

Incendiary barrage
Allow ATG to move out of the area, increase duration if there is need for it.
Reason:
The ability is to cheap/early available to hard counter ATGs

Replace Tracking with skill shot for ISU-152
Reason:
The unit should not be able to fire the skill into FOW using mini map info or have increased sight (self spot)

Team weapon drop
Although support weapon drops are not an issue with other factions the 6 men crews of soviets make it an issue. Replace the ability with a call in support weapon group of the maxim/zis by adding the cost of the crew to the ability.

Over-watch commander mini icon uses a weird portrayed.

Ninja change:

Terror tactics shock troops replaced by ABG

Terror tactics
CP 0 KV-8
CP 3 airbourne guards troops(PLS change the name to Airborne Guards troops)
CP 6 Fear Propaganda Artillery
CP 8 ML-20
CP 12 IL-2 precision bombing strike

A 3+1 profile is not 'more complicated' than a 2+2 or 1+3. As long as you tell the player that the squad will take significant DPS hits when the third model dies it is fine.

(guess you mean 4).
Imo it does not work that way because:
Different weapon deliver different DPS at different range in different ways (evenly or volleys). Mixing weapons might lead to over kills or other deviation from theoretical DPS especially with when some of the weapon has focus fire.

Different DPS drop off from first to second entity add complexity without any real benefit that I can see of.

To make things even more complicated the DPS drop off might be greatly effect from range ranging from unnoticeable to significant

Knowing when to retreat and when to keep the squad in a fight, when closing in is worth it and when not is part of properly playing the game.

I see little connection to this and the number of weapons.

Having units behave differently is crucial to keeping diversity in fights. Standardizing all of it makes them more boring.

That is correct but again I fail to see the connection with the number of weapon.

Imo the benefits from having 2 or 4 are:
if 4 weapon are the same one can better predict the behaviour of his squad at all ranges
if 2 weapons carry the DPS and 2 weapons are inferior the squad suffers less from DPS drop off and in a way mitigates some of the issues of the lower entity count

I still do not see a benefit from having 3+1 weapons.

Number of weapons and their DPS are both connected to how the unit works and is therefore both designed and balanced. You can barely separate these.

There is no reason to standardize this as long as the player knows what is going on.

One can balance a unit with changing the number of weapons, that is my point.

The number of weapon affect the behavior of unit when they lose models.

It is good for squad with low entity count to keep the number of weapons low to reduce the DPS drop off when model die. This is part of the reason Commandos are easier to use to than MP-40 ST.

Using 3+1 weapon basically make the unit's DPS profile complicated and makes the DPS drop abnormal when they lose a model.

If in your opinion there is benefit of using 3 weapons instead of 2 or 4 pls explain your point of view because I can not think of one.
