Thread: The dark side of this game. 16 Dec 2019, 15:45 PM Why are you acting as if this game has the only such problem? This has been widespread since the gain in popularity of gaming by F2P games, and especially MOBAs like LoL. That game basically has a walking toxic cancer as a community. In: COH2 Gameplay

Anyway this is too drastic change when blitz isnt even much escape artist now Turrets on tanks can still rotate so it's not a huge issue for them. It is for fixed gun vehicles. In: COH2 Gameplay

Gives StuGs cautious movement, let tanks hull down themselves. Boom, the ability is no longer useless Yeah something like a camouflaged static state where they turn a bit slower would be a good fix in my opinion. And having the turreted tanks be able to hull themselves in whenever needed would make the ability at least 2 if not 3 times more useful and worth it instead of requiring infantry. In: COH2 Gameplay

Panther and Ostwind are the two vehicles that can really benefit from Hull Down in my opionion. On P4s it's rather 'meh' and it would make them a lot worse at flanking heavy tanks. Yes but fixed gun vehicles such as the Elefant, StuG and Brummbar are useless when hulled down. That's why I said the ability needs to be reworked. Also it's the only ability related to vehicles that requires outside assistance from infantry. Tanks should in my opinion be able to dig themselves in instead of needing infantry. In: COH2 Gameplay

Is there anything like that in the campaign? I am not sure what you mean. There is no other campaign outside of the Soviet and USF ones in this game, that is unless you count the Theater of War as one as well which I don't. There was a Canadian rifle section in the British Liberation of Caen campaign in CoH however. And there was also a 4 man Canadian Assault Squad armed with Thompson SMGs and grenades in the Europe at War mod for the campaign. Sadly they would be extremely similar to the assault section upgrade that was added in the new commander so I doubt they'll add such a squad to the UKF as well as a mortar which they desperately need sadly unless those 2 are replaced with something else in the Lend-Lease Assault Regiment. Thread: Survey. Swap OST blitzkrieg for Hull Down1 Dec 2019, 08:23 AM Blitzkrieg fits the theme of Ostheer because it's representing the early war part of the German Army. It doesn't make sense for OKW since they should be the ones with the more heavily defensive focus like the Wehrmacht in CoH. Blitzkrieg is also a staple of German Armor as well as Panzer Tactician. Without them they either get swarmed by Allied mediums or TDs. Edit: Hulldown is also bad and needs a rework. In: COH2 Gameplay

There already are modding tools, but you can only pretty much do the basics with them ans nothing else. CoH still has superior mods altho it's lacking a workshop for them.
