100mbit connection means nothing when playing a game like this (I'd be surprised if you need more than 1mbit/s). My biggest replay file is 1.2MB (=9.6Mbit) big, which lasted an hour. It's ping that matters (although of course often people with high bandwidth will experience low pings). To be honest I've never had input lag of 3 seconds, although I do notice some lag every now and then. If that lag can be decreased that would be great, although I personally don't experience it often enough for it to be on the top of my list. It seems I'm quite lucky with the lag
I do have problems with dodging grenades, but that's often more due to units reacting, which should be fixed with next patch
You're right, the way the units react also compounds the problem. The way they throw themselves on the ground when a satchel charge is thrown instead of GTFO is really frustrating. |

I would like to raise the issue of command input lag. What I am referring to is the delay in the response of my units in game when I issue them a move command, whether it is a retreat, move, vault, reversing a tank, or an ability, there is always a substantial amount of delay. This makes the game feel very sloppy and a chore to play.
I am sure this is not a problem at my end. I am running a 4770K, 16GB Ram and a GTX 780 on a 100mb a sec connection. Sometimes I have counted nearly 3 seconds for my units to respond to commands I am giving them.
This becomes a major issue when I'm trying to dodge satchel charges or retreat out of a bad engagement, it sometimes can be the difference between saving and losing a squad.
Can I also raise the issue of vehicle paths. Is this an issue being worked on? For example in a game the other day I called a tiger in and before it has even entered the actual playing map on Rzhev, it stopped, turned 90 degrees then drove forward a little then turned another 90 degrees back to its original position and kept on driving. That is just one example of bad pathing, however, when you combine bad paths with command input lag the game becomes very very frustrating and a chore to play. |
AT grenades and Panzerfaust will see reduced effectiveness vs. heavier targets. This change is meant to improve the flow of mid-to-late game tank combat by making aggressive maneuvers less risky. Heavy tanks should be better able to spearhead as a result. Little to no impact vs. medium to light vehicles.

What deflection is there? It never happens. EVERY time I have an AT Nade thrown at ANY of my tanks they ALWAYS get a damaged engine, which quite frankly is game breaking and makes SU85's unflankable. AT Grenades should not damage the engine every single fucking time. I've have them kill the engine on Tigers, Elephants, P4's you name it, it always kills the engine, even if the tank has full health.
It doesn't matter how well I go in early game as Germans, Russians still just skip their Tiers and build T4 and a cheap 115 fuel SU85, backed my scripts with AT Nades and heaven forbid Guards with that stupid retarded button ability, it makes German tanks useless. Also they can mine up with cheap 30 muni mines, where are the Germans cheap 30 muni mines? |

How do I know, well I played 1v1 and 4v4's in COH and do the same in COH2.
For every 5 players searching for 1v1, there are 30+ searching for 4v4's. You wait 5-6+ minutes for 1v1 game... You wait 2-3 min tops for 4v4 game.
Taking into account waiting times and players searching, I would estimate there are 10x more people doing 4v4's than 1v1's

I actually spam a lot more in 1v1's, and strategy? Its quite different. 1v1 its all about capping, denying points and resources, outflanking and having counter for expected unit at right time.
After a while, it becomes more of a specific set of tasks that I try to do in quickest possible time. Get to this house before my opponent, send my unit here to flank mg or ambush vehicle that will come in next 30 sec... organised chaos
now if you think that simple thing like de-capping point in 4v4 is about spamming units and doesn't involve strategy, all I can say is HAHAHHAHAHHA AHAHHAHHA.
try taking a point from someone who has it guarded by anti-infantry, AT guns and ranged units. You can't just retreat and go cap other side of the map if your opponent locks down area by HMG, you have to find the way to kill it.
You can't just outflank it, and spamm infantry to outflank it. It requires a lot of strategic planing, less chaos. More like a chees game, I won't even mention that in 1v1 you don't have to plan for your teamates shortcomings, or being prepared to fight of 2 opponents at the same time, until help arrives.....

Its got nothing to do with what is smart for your business or how many people play a particular game mode. The problem is it's just NOT POSSIBLE to balance 3v3 and 4v4, those game modes are about who can spam the most units faster then the other team, simple. 1v1 and 2v2 actually have some strategy involved. |
Firstly no it wasn't nerfed to oblivion,example,as I said before it strafed all my infantry situated in the south part of the map Steppes
Second try spaming T34's vs a Panther,a little hint : Panther wins...more decent vs Panzer though but SU85 still being vital
Third no I didn't do nothing wrong,held victory point,held fuel,why would I go in his base,or search the whole map for a f*****g truck,is this some kind of new obligation?
And what is the purpose of Opel Blitz,fuel caches weren't enough ?
Fourth I don't spam snipers or Guards because I feel they are useless,button being the only good thing about Guards,my build was 5 conscript squads,2 whitch crewed stolen MG's,and 2 squads of Penals,two T34's and one SU85,latter AA truck whitch proved futile,aka useless...so no I don't use this "sniper guards su85s" of yours

Balance is really only being worked out 1v1 at this stage as this is where it matters most. While I completely agree with your sentiments. 100% is far too high. Something like 85% would be a bit less rage inducing. (Full disclosure: I exclusively play soviet, and I think I micro snipers better than a good amount of people.)
I can pretty consistently get over 200 or 300% efficiency with my snipers. I feel like 100% accuracy at buildings would be a complete shutout.
