ISU Piercing Shot cost from 70 to 60
ISU Piercing Shot penetration now set to 1000
Concrete Piercing AOE damage from 1/0.25/0.05 to 1/0.25/0.15
Conrete Piercing AOE distance from 1.25/2.75/4.5 to 0.25/1.5/6


Main thing reduce was kill radius

It can now be used vs both hard and soft targets.

As AT it is meant to be used vs JT/Ele

Imo this barrage ability shouldnt be on a heavy tank destroyer like the JT. An ability which boosts accuracy makes more sense.

Also Katukov is just butthurt cuz he's also a very emotional biased balancer. He wants his faction to win he doesn't care about the experience of other players.

100% agreed. Players have their agendas, they want fun for themselves. Devs have their agendas, they want the game to succeed and be fun for as much people as possible.

You definitely said something valuable, more valuable than any balance thread.

Relic, make your game. Select a few people you want from the community for guidance and feedback, and ignore most of the whining. The community don't know what they want, let alone want other players to have fun too

Look, 17-lber is dead on arrival outside of some surprise shots and asleep-at-the-wheel Axis players. This is very much by design to prevent the cancerous emplacement meta and even in 2015 it was already dead after the brace nerfs. Even a backteched lone ISG can whittle it down. Feuersturm was the final nail in the coffin.
