Especially now it arrives alot sooner. It is quite pointless just to compare flat penetration values of two units from different factions because average armor values those units got to face is different for those factions. This makes this unit far too unreliable and OKW cannot afford to pay so much for a unit that does not deliver and is easily negated. Or your own troops! In: COH2 Balance
