Just upgrade LMGs on your gren blob and wipe em
If they get Brownings you can forget about lmg Grens ever getting anything done. Against not upgraded true. |
Its not like the USF has unit/strategy flexibility like offered by 3 other armies.
I can't tell if that's sarcasm or not
I'm actually starting to be disgusted by USF design the more I think about them. There's as broken as OKW but in a more passive aggressive way. |
Thats too complex for an average axis player, just a-move double Tiger Ace
Because USF rifle rifle rifle rifle rifle for the entire game is the ultimate show of allied skill |
I don't get your argument.
Tank Crews are THE BEST Part of USF tanks, the fact that I don't have to build or maintain engineers squads (RE) at any point of the game is ridiculously good. The fact that I can LITERALLY SPAWN a repair team on my tank at any time, not to mention ONE OF THE MOST BROKEN ABILITIES IN THE GAME, EMERGENCY REPAIR is a really good win for USF.
USF does not have any problems with heavy armor as long as a healthy amount of Jacksons are on the field and in building production. In fact, one of the easiest ways to win in team games is to spam Jacksons, because Axis players always go for the sexy KT and T, and my Jacksons murder the heavy tanks repeatedly until their economy is empty.
The tanks that fuck up USF are not heavy Tanks like the Tigers, but the long range tanks destroyers, Elephant and Jagdtiger(or however its spelled) These long range tank destroyers are THE TRUE TANKS THAT USF HAS ZERO COUNTER OUTSIDE P47 STRAFE.
If you are having problems microing Jacksons, I suggest mapping all of your current and future Jacksons to a control group, and using the reverse key religiously. If you are having problems with Volk shreck blobs, upgrade your rifles with browning/bars and keep them in front= remember, volk vet only makes them tanker, they dont get any bonus damage outside accuracy bonuses,(and their accuracy and damage with their rifles suck to begin with, plus a they are a rifle short with Shrecks) so your rifles will still chew through them easily with proper equipment. |
Ever since I bought the game, I had zero interest in actually playing the campaign, but I wouldn't mind watching it on YouTube |
I just had a game where my grens and panzer grens were whiped to stupid stuff like ziz barrage and 180 mm motor.
despite getting most of my units to vet 3, even a sniper with 30+ kills, rnjesus gave the 1v1 game to the soviet player.
4 man squad sizes and their vulnerability to whipe from rng indirect fire haven't changed at all.
Every-time i loose a squad to your lucky, polo shirt wearing ass, I am this (-) much closer to making the switch to OKW.
Remember that when I flame you for those two direct motor hits on my vet 3 grens. |
If any Fraction got a manpower reduction, sniper abuse would make it unplayable.
Obers need to be reworked, their existence is cancer to this game, the only way to deal with the Obers efficently are snipers, which costs 40 mp less yet somehow dosn't get a four man squad. |
T34-85 should require additional research, like the PE maurader upgrade in coh1.
I dont think t-70 would be a problem, Wher Shreck PGs and volk shrecks can destroy the t-70 smoothly.
I like it this way, because there is a two way tree when building T3, either researching T-34-85 and constructing one, or building a T-70 for a instant advantage, but risk being countered by panzershrecks, and leaving an openning for the Panzer 4 to become effective before the 85 hits.
The need to research T34-85s before construction is very important in balancing this though. Im not sure what the research cost would be. |
Something has to change, Grens shouldn't get run over by rifles so badly |
I don't see how Relic basing their entire financial gains from commander call in dlc is going to fix call-ins. If anything, the call in meta will get worse as more call-in units are pushed into the game via microtransactions in the store.
Of course COHO was good. It was literally COH1 but with microtransactions. I guess whoever person was in charge of COHO stayed with Relic for COH2 and is responsible for the DLC commander "options".
My hope is that the new British and German fractions are fun, balanced, complex and have multiple viable strategies.
If not, Relic pls HD remaster of COH1. Its the least you can do. |
